  1. Looks great! Combe cooks your oil quick....I probably won't do another day until I have an oil cooler on.
  2. Its the same argument we see on here over and over again: Why buy a HR when you can get a DE for 60% of the cost? Why double your cost to a 70 when its pretty much a 50 with some newer styling? Why double your cost again to buy a Nismo when its a 70 in a fancy dress? Because we all love cars, so are a bit crazy
  3. Looks great mate. Seems like you might be selling it for a good reason though Where did you get your roof wrapped BTW?
  4. I am making the assumption that H------L on the dipstick is a 1 litre difference?! Am I wrong? You are correct but doesn't the reading change/smear every time you check? I am assuming you have the DE engine here.
  5. Great news. Massive fan of the Japs removing Audi's crown!
  6. I am surprised you can work out how much its used.... You sir are a genius
  7. Maybe Mitz... thinking about a ordering a new Nismo in black. Nice! All the cool kids move to 70's
  8. In mine there was no side movement that you could notice when the spring was there. Once removed it is now apparent the clutch pedal can move from side to side. So maybe not the best action plan with yours! Sorry My name is Adam BTW
  9. Azure is 100% a girls colour....congrats
  10. Did you then? Zed looks great. Did it break? Mine did haha
  11. Has the pedal still got the helper spring? I have removed mine and its is a lot more responsive now. A real mans clutch pedal.
  12. The 50 is pretty cheap to insure. I think its going to rise now its getting cheaper though.
  13. P1238 Electric Throttle Control Actuator So yeah fuel pump!
  14. To me they drove like the M6 but with a cheaper feel. Absolute animals but no character or love to the power.

    Judder

Mine juddered when I first got it for about a month. After a bit of 'bedding in' by me it hardly ever does it anymore. Old owner was very careful with the car and didnt really use it correctly.
  16. New one is very sleek but old one was a bit boy racer!
  17. Haha! Thats what I think when GTR owners look at me. We share the same steering column muahaha
  18. I read that manufacturers said that the pressure gauges were causing unwarranted concerns from customers that couldn't read them correctly and the oil temp is simpler for the customer to read Point proved by the OP haha
  19. Most new cars are now bought on monthly payments so it makes expensive cars more affordable. Why spend 400 a month on a Nissan when 450 will get you a porsche?! http://www.pistonhea...sp?c=16&i=29899 The above articles states that the F Type now outsells GT86's in the UK....this shows that people have the money when they want something badly enough.
  20. Used value's of the 70 are much higher than used values of the 50 at 5 years old. Maybe this is to do with the numbers on the road?! Very interesting....

    Judder

Stolen from a bloke on PH: Clutch judder is usually something like oil or some other crap somehow getting on the surface of the clutch itself and causing it to not grip properly or smoothly when engaging causing the juddering effect as it grips in part, then slips, then grips and so on. It can also be caused by other parts of the clutch or flywheel being slightly out of shape usually from being just plain worn out or glazed to the point it's not getting consistent grip. It's usually a sign your clutch/flywheel might need to be looked at/replaced at some point in the near future. If it's only minor or infrequent then it will likely not need urgent attention. In a newer car, or a make of car with a known problem in that area I would get it looked at sooner in case there is some underlying problem that is causing it.
  22. The 70 has an oil temp gauge instead of pressure. Not sure why they swapped it out.
