  1. You risking Bedford again in Feb mate? We were lucky with the weather last time.
  2. A nice blue in a sea of re-sale. Love my Z but wish it was Le Mans blue
  3. The dipstick is the best reason to upgrade to a HR engined Z. I could never get an repeated reading so that's why I changed the oil every 6 months to be sure. Enjoy
  4. Then there is alignment afterwards which is £50-£100.
  5. lol brilliant. Love the DM and their middle class ways.
  6. Nice upgrade! Love the colour combo I didn't think there was much in it between the 50 and the 70 until I followed one of the guys here on track at Bedford. I was in my old 50 at the time which was UpRev'd to 305bhp. On the big straight he could pull away quite happily in a stock 70.
  7. Saturday 16th May 2015 - http://www.japfest.co.uk/ As with previous years this will be a joint stand with the Z Club and the 300ZX Club. We have a provisional ticket allocation of 50 tickets and 1 dedicated track time which has 20 spaces. Each ticket allows one car onto our stand with a maximum of 4 people per car. Which for obvious reasons will be a maximum for 2 people per Z. Our track session is letter H which starts at 11:36 with a 10:30 briefing. Anyone wishing to take a passenger will have to buy a passenger ticket for £10 on the day. If you are going on track please read the rules on the Japfest website to avoid disappointment on the day. Tickets and stand passes will be posted to home addresses in advance about 1 week before the event. Track time paperwork for the Z dedicated track time will also be posted out in advance with the tickets. Price Ticket Only Price - £27.70 Ticket Plus One Track Time - £62.70 This price includes postage to your door. Payment This year the only payment option will be PayPal and it will be directly to myself for management purposes. PayPal Address: 'aoml@outlook.com' When making the payment please include the below details in the notes section. Japfest 2015 Club Name Username on that forum Full Name Ticket type ordered (Ticket/Track) Full address for the tickets to be sent too This is very important as without these details your order could get lost. If you have any questions feel free to drop me a PM or write it on this thread. Look forward to seeing you all on the day.
  8. Wow that looks amazing. Guess I won't be the only 70 on track at Japfest next year then.
  9. Cool. Delivered or collected? Drop me a PM and we can go from there
  10. How did you remember you wrote that!
  11. This morning around 08:40. I think it had a Cobra exhaust but it had no tips and both pipes were pointing towards the ground! Obviously hadn't been tightened up correctly. Poor thing
  12. Ask somebody else to pm him and ask if he's accidentally blocked you. Accidentally...
  13. Not worth changing in my opinion. What did it make when mapped then dude? Also have the decats made it ridiculously loud?
  14. Ha brilliant. I am sure neons are retro now so will be cool again soon anyway
  15. Hope you have a delicate hand because you would HAVE to paint the wheels black
  16. Yeah it's both isn't it?! Watching on my phone though.
  17. Super is finally below £1.20 in Reading. This is good news for us daily drivers
  18. I agree with Ekona. Its different to a Z but also very comparable. I feel the Z is too heavy, so is the M3. The 50's brakes overheat far too quickly, so does the M3. Both are 10+ years old now so inside it a bit dated. The M3 is quicker in a straight line but not enough just to move because of that. It does have 4 seats though if that's a plus?!
  19. Rear is within tolerance but front is out by 0.5 degrees. If I did it again I probably would have got camber arms for the front but I don't think it's worth fitting/aligning it again. Camber helps in the twisties
  20. It is very handy, especially in the frosty mornings.
