  1. http://www.h-dev.co....ge=350z_mapping 350Z and 370Z remapping Horsham Developments is an UpRev authorised Pro Tuner. The UpRev engine management software allows us to fully remap the standard 350Z and 370Z ECU. We have remapped (aka chip tuned) many 350Zs with great results. You can expect: Better throttle response - the standard ECU reduces throttle response in the lower gears. By tuning the throttle pedal to throttle plate map we can make the car feel more lively. Also, fuel and ignition timing map optimisation is carried out leading to further improvements. More power and more torque - by optimising the various fuelling and ignition timing maps we get the most power and torque from your car Better fuel economy - some customers report better fuel economy after their remap. Obviously this varies quite a bit depending on driving style. Speed and rev limits - we can alter speed and rev limits Removal of check engine light if running with de-cat pipes Multi maps - some cars (dependent on ECU) can have up to 5 ignition, fuel and rev / speed limit maps. This allows, for example, a valet map or a map for high octane fuel We get good gains from completely standard cars and make the most of cars fitted with aftermarket parts. Check out our engine upgrade packages here. Take a look in our Facebook gallery for examples and graphs showing our 350Z and 370Z ECU remapping. We can custom map the ECU for a standard engine or almost any modifications. We have access to the following tables: 350Z Mapping Idle RPM Speed Limiter Electronic Throttle Control to achieve Wide Open Throttle at all speeds Rev Limiter DTC disable AFR Targets Fuel Compensation Ignition Timing Advance Cam Phasing for equipped vehicles MAF transfer function Cranking Enrichment and Ignition Advance Injector Latency K Fuel Multiplier Intake Temp Calculated Load vs. RPM Minimum Effective Injector Pulse Width The UpRev software is a licenced based system. Once you have bought the software licence we can remap your car as many times as required. A 350Z or 370Z remap for a normally aspirated car is £399.99 inc VAT, dyno time and Uprev license. If you already have an Uprev license on your ECU mapping is done at a reduced price. Mapping forced induction cars is more time consuming and therefore a little more expensive - ask for a quote Uprev also allows us to bypass the immobilser on supported cars. The 350Z, 350GT and G35 Skyline can all suffer from NATS immobiliser failure. Often Nissan cannot help, especially on Japanese imports. The error codes are often P1610 and/or P1614. More info here.
  2. Stop posting photos! I want this car badly enough already.

  4. Original post updated. At the time of writing this there is 12 track slots left available for our dedicated session over the three forums. Apologies to those of you wanting three sessions like last year, we have currently have only purchased one dedicated session. Of course there is the option of the public sessions via the Japfest website.
  5. I use 97 RON in mine most of the time (Sainsburys or BP Ultimate). Its only because its nearer my work or where I shop. I had the 50 mapped on 97 and that still made 300+ BHP at the fly on a DE engine. Just a heads up for those who are worried about 97 Vs 99.
  6. I get the clean look if done properly but that grommet would annoy the hell out of me!
  7. I always try and buy cars private as most of the time dealers know nothing about the history or the car itself. Plus you usually pay a premium. There must be tonnes of EP3s on private sale? Get on the Type R forum, there should be some loved ones with decent history on there.
  8. Does it have the cool indicators like in the last model?
  9. Very practical haha. Look forward to seeing the photos.
  10. Welcome to the Eibach crew The front will be very low especially with your bodykit, good luck with speed bumps
  11. Ah, fair enough then. Poorboys is typically about £14 and FK £18 (plus postage, where applicable obviously) from most places. That place is obviously offsetting the cheap Poorboys with the FK. If it's any consolation, you get nearly twice as much FK as you do Poorboys, so price per gram it's worth the extra. Also, FK is more than twice as good. And it has a shark on the tin. A shark! I feel better now thanks!
  12. Don't forget to give the calipers a coat whilst the wheels are off too. £8?? Where did you get it from? It should only be £4 more. TBH I only spent 5 mins looking but Poorboys was £12.50 delivered and FK1000 was £20.
  13. I just purchased FK1000 too after seeing this thread so it better be worth the £8 over Poorboys
  14. I like the Mustang as it has a similar following to Jap cars. Yes they might not technically be the best in class or have the most modern approach to everything, but they have heart and soul you can tinker with to make it your own. The new M3/M4/M5 will probably be quicker round a track but its double the price so it should bloody be. The feeling of pulling up next to a 'Suit' in an M3 whilst in one of these would be great, power to the underdog and all. I work in IT where every car is German, mine sticks out like a sore thumb being low and having black wheels. I like it as it makes me feel special but some people probably look at it and think 'Who is this chav'. The V8 Mustang will be like the 50/70 on steroids. Some will love it more and others will hate it more. Will post some photos and my updated verdict after I go see it next weekend.
  15. Because the car is so epic it deserves two threads! I know, but it's easier to watch the arguments in one thread Haha true. My fault really as I created mine last. I am going to the 2015 Mustang Open Day at Bill Shepherd in Surrey if anyone is interested. Its on the 31st January.
  16. Instant ban! Haha, good to see another opinion as obviously the Z and Mustang have a similar following given this post. Using the US MPG and doing a rough calculation the V8 should get around 25 UK MPG combined. Not too bad really, better than I thought!
  17. Because the car is so epic it deserves two threads!
  18. Going to keep the list forum specific for now. Full list will be posted at the end as will be a nightmare to manage otherwise. Keep the names coming, but remember to copy/paste the below before adding your name. 1. 370Ad - 1x Ticket + 1x Track Session 2. chippychip123 - 1x Ticket 3. greenlandy - 1 x ticket + 1x track 4.andy James-1x ticket + 3x track 5. Jam87ie - 1x ticket 6. Ian - 1x ticket (Car dependent) 7. richie94gts - 1 x ticket 8. Jay Dee (Sexycrayola) - 2x Ticket Sexycrayola added you to the Z Club list so don't think I have deleted you
  19. £34,880 for the V8 with the fancy paint I want, Sat Nav, Climate control,heated/cooled seats. What the price of my 70 was in 2009 with a similar spec but no V8 lol
  20. I reckon it will be mid 20's in 18 months. So I start my savings plan tonight Definitely going to try and get a 24 hour test drive when they start hitting the forecourts. Stock exhaust is a bit pony but anything is better than the 70's one.
  21. Sorry missed your thread when I posted mine. Didn't see Mustang in any titles so made a new one
  22. Glad its not just me that likes it then. The line lock feature should be fun too
  23. http://www.ford.co.uk/Cars/NewMustang £29k for the Eco Boost and a bargain £33k for the V8. Standard spec is pretty decent as well. I for one will probably be test driving as an alternate to the Z. Won't be purchasing new but when the 18 month old ones creep onto the market....
