Depends on offset and spoke design. I think you can get the 11J in ET25 but the front have a less aggressive fitment I believe.

What offset are the wheels? 9.5J Front and 10.5J Rear ET20 sit quite flush and doesnt require any arch work on the 50. You need to be careful of tyre selection and brake clearance with the spoke design though.

The Brembos are the same size on all 50 model years my friend.

Yeah the 70 Rays aren't exactly light. Weight pretty much the same as cast Rotas. I still don't think its the wheel/tyre combo. More than likely your suspension setup. Also realised now I am not on my phone, that you have a 50 so 17's might fit!

I imagine 17s won't fit over the 70 brakes. Also don't really get your statement above. Are you saying the sidewall is too small so therefore is too hard and is affecting your handling?

If the offset isn't big you will need to run spacers to clear the brakes. Not a problem if you don't mind that, just a heads up

Yeah I lowered the clutch pedal too. Still not as low as I would like it to go but not more adjustment without not being able to start it when you depress the clutch.

Awful photos but I used my friends pit to put the Cobra Y pipe on last night. Sound is deeper but not a massive change in volume. The stock Y Pipe has very small diameter though so should hopefully release 1 or 2 horses come remap. Before the remap I want to put the oil cooler on though.

TBH the 19" Rays are 10.X KG F/R anyway.

I find Opie quite expensive these days. You can get a K&N one for 8 quid on ebay or Bosch for 4.50 on euro car parts

MMOP-SPT Yep the 85 degree one. Seems best as my 70 reached 135 degrees round Combe last year.
