That's the official DT outlet page bud and Teins for the 350 only come in 17/15 so it couldn't be anything else. They just won't be in the original packaging or it will be 'soiled'. But to be honest who keeps the packaging anyway! I think second hand they would go for around 100 so for 20 extra new with free delivery it's well worth it IMO! Now I have put them on the forum someone else might snap them up....sorry!
