As for the diesel ive noticed it seems to happen more on the foreign trucks.. Maybe their near on 1000 litre tanks look like giant gold bars to the thieves.

I've been doing it nearly five years now and I've had enough. Only started doing it for weekend work for my dads company but after getting my own house etc I needed the money so went full time with another company. Hopfully Il make it into the fire service and do what I wanted todo when I finished college

Haha sorry, maybe I should delineate a little better. My wheels are the standard Rays alloys. I'm after springs rather than coilovers as the car is only used to get around town so nothing to low. I have no idea in respect to the offset. I don't really want to spend more than £500 as the girlfriend would not be best pleased, you know the score Il Try and find some pics and add them here

Just a quick rant regarding motorway service stations and at how ridiculous their prices are. I use them most weeknights as im a HGV driver and I'm paying near on £25 a time for secure parking. I say secure but it's hit or miss if you have your curtains cut to see what goodies you have in the back! Anyway, as most of you may use them to just grab a coffee or a bite to eat, Fuel? so what do you make of their prices? Im currently in the process of getting in the fire service so hopfully no more cold lonely nights parked up next to some Eastern Europeans cooking their roadkill next to me on their gas stove!

Hi guys, I'm looking for abit of info regarding lowering the zed. Ive looked at afew sites and I'm still undecided on what to purchase. I want to get some spacers also so will I need to be careful how wide to go to avoid rubbing on the arches? First time I've considered doing this so any advice would be great Cheers

After reading some very good reviews on here about how good Japex are, and with the previous owner having used them for servicing before I bought the zed I thought I would try them out. I had a P3 service and had decats fitted. The guy there is brilliant and very helpful. He even completed little bits I didn't even ask for such as tightening the handbreak and belts which had a slight squeak. I Even asked him to fit some led bulbs seeing that the wheels were off the car and all I was charged for was the P3 and fitting of decats. Price was a lot lower than what nissan wanted and I'm sure he's carried out a better job. I can't reccomend them enough and il be sure to use them again in the summer for some other bits, despite the fact it's 90 miles away

Delivered to Teknos near swerford this morning and spotted a very tidy Silver Zed in the car park. Black wheels looked nice with the silver.

I'm having the zed defatted over the weekend and ive been told that if need some Blox cell illiminators to prevent the cel light coming on.. I've posted this already in the wanted section and messaged afew traders on here but I've had no luck. Can anyone help? Cheers

Just purchased a pair of Berk's decats and After something to keep the cel light off. I've been advised I'd need some blox cell illiminators. Does anyone sell them on here? Thanks

A man walks into Nissan to get a quote for a P3...

Noticed it afew times but seems to be getting louder. It seems to me to be coming from the near side, rear of the car whenever I pull away. I can hear it slightly if I go over a speed bump so I'm hoping it may be just something loose underneath. I'm putting it on a ramp tomorrow to have a proper look but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I pushed the gearknob down whilst not in gear (asif you are about to put it in reverse) but with a little more pressure and I can hear it again but with More of a rattle. so please any advice. Cheers

I'm getting my alloys refirbed at the end of the month and was considering either having them painted a different colour or possibly hydrodipped? I've got an azure blue zed and I'm struggling for ideas.. I've seen the tread about different colour wheels on a zed but has anyone got any decent pics of an azure with different cour/ design wheels? Sorted it.. Turned out to be the little white cube that clicks on and off had come loose. Silly me

Hi, after changing the interior bulbs in the zed today only one now works. I put the original ones back in but still only one side lights up in the central 'dome'. Not sure if it's related but the bluetooth handsfree seems not to work aswell. It was working fine this morning but since one side does not light up it's not working. Hope this makes sense but I'm typing this whilst walking round sainsburys haha. Cheers

Hi, just a quick one regarding insurance and mods. I bought my 2006 azure blue zed over the weekend and sorted the insurance out before I bought her. I told the insurance company that the car was standard but completly forgot The car infact has a Scorpion exhaust and aftermarket air filter. I phoned them this afternoon to let them know and they only wanted £30 extra to insure the mods. Does that sound about right to you? I've never declared mods in the past with my other cars but I guess I've been lucky really. Have any Of you guys ever had problems getting mods insured?

Got my car Saturday.. Done 300 miles, 18mpg Hopefully it will go up after the honeymoon period is over and we calm things down slightly.
