Interesting read this. I've tried most things on the market but different things work for different people. I now have a strong black coffee 10 to 15 mins before workout, and 5 measured meals aday. My wife decided to have a go at the diet i was working on so i measures normal body mass along with what i thought she should consume, She ended up taking NPA and BNBF titles two years straight, so over the years you have to try different things.
