Look good, even more impressed with the video though, top work!

Hi guys,
I'm interested in purchasing a machine polisher but I am wary as I'm not sure I'll be able to use it correctly. I have checked a number of reviews and watched some videos but would really like to be shown how to use one properly. Does anyone know of any suppliers that will offer a demo of the product? I'm located just north of the border (near Carlisle/Dumfries). Failing that is any generous member willing to show me how to use one? I'm up in Edinburgh quite a bit.
Thanks,
Ewan

Your Nexus 4's should update OTA, anyone with Samsung issues should update to the latest firmware/version of Android via the clunky Kies software.

That is outstanding, please buy it! I have a Mustang and live in Scotland, we can be local American "Muscle" buddies

Yes shame on you Bounty Bar Kid for making a light hearted, off the cuff remark, especially since you added a winky face to demonstrate this. What you said should be taken completely seriously, and you should be made to feel ashamed for being so cold hearted - thanks Dblock (plus points for the belittling "nor should you", that should really hit home)

Poor dog getting hit.
You can see the dog running away afterwords

Hmm I searched - http://goo.gl/gCtX0U and got a link to the Arnold Clark website. On further inspection, you are correct, it is not that car. It does look like Arnold Clark have sold the car you are referring to though. It also looks like that plate used to be on a Honda CRX and is from 1984 (Nottingham)

Sorry if this is a repost - I've definitely seems some of the montage clips separately.

From searching online (I presume you meant A11 CRX as the number plate) it's this 2008 350Z GT

I wasn't sure so aired on the side of caution. But yes, * some* centre caps would be good ;-) Are they rays?

Think some more prominent centre caps would really set those alloys off on your Z!

Mods, it might be a good idea to have the discount code you need somewhere on the front page. Just so that you don't have to scroll through pages to find the code. Cheers

I had a Lexus LS400 (V8) but I don't think it's the same thing

You shouldn't have teased me with that picture

If he's thinking of selling that let me know!

So just to clarify, everyone loves this

Always had a soft spot for these (and the 6.1l Hemi). Test drove the Hemi a few months ago, a lot of weight but a lot of power! Anyway I saw this on autotrader and thought it looked amazing with the black roof, grille and alloys.

I'll let you know!

Frustratingly I don't physically have it! It's 60 miles from me but I haven't even seen it in the flesh yet. It arrived on the 10th July, but the import company are still dealing with paper work, tests etc. Hopefully have it in a couple of weeks where I can give it a proper clean and photograph shoot.
Here's a link to the album of photos the import company sent me if you're interested.

It's only the V6, which has a 4l engine but produces a mere 210bhp! But you don't buy a Mustang for the performance I suppose

Cheers for that Dave, I guess I'm more apprehensive with posting on car forums after experiencing a Mustang forum. As an example, someone put up a Porsche Boxter for sale. The ADMIN replied with, "I think there may be some faggots on here that like Porsche's" That was the last word on the post. Just not such a friendly bunch as (most) of you lot. I think I'll stay here and pretend I still have a Z, photograph myself standing next to a parked up 1. Or maybe just put Z badges on my Mustang and hope no one notices, until I come to a meeting and I get left in the dust

Machine Polisher Purchase / Demo

Amazing, thanks for this! Read the guide, very thorough! Also joined the detailing world forum and got £15 discount on the DAS6 Pro dual action polisher I bought 8 pads (different sizes and finishes) and a small backing plate. Luckily I have an old Merc to practice on before my new car arrives. I used to be a Yellow GT4 owner
