Are you planning big power as forging is not all ways the best way to go. If your charged then yep forged, but if not have a think about what your goals are, oem pistons will be allot quieter and user friendly on a daily.
Hey all, just noticed that i've lost one of my wheel centre caps. Has anyone who's changed their centre caps for the snazzy z ones got a Nissan one I could buy? Rays wheels if that makes any difference.

Be carefull with vents, they can have a negative effect and need to be designed properly, for example vents above the intake pipe could be drawing hot air up, past the exhaust manifold and then heating the intake....
As above, follow the engine builders advice but I thought you need to use a lower grade break in oil as a good fully synth would actually give too good lubrication to allow the freshly honed bores and rings to bed in.. also for the first couple of hundred miles try to vary the rpm to avoid the engine wearing in to one rpm area. This is only my opininion and I am not an engine builder.....
