That's exactly what I was worried about! And in fact I almost lost one of the small clips when I tried pulling it out and it just popped out. Luckily it landed on the cover itself. To top it off - Sod's Law strikes! It started drizzling as soon as I opened the bonnet, but it was only a bit of drizzle and I powered through. A short while later...VOILA!! Thanks Ian for a simple but effective mod! Looking good

If it stops Pi55ing down I might get mine fitted as well... I got lucky as I did think it was going to start raining at any second. Fitting doesn't take long though, although I spent a little longer doing it as OCD took over and I started cleaning bits that you can't even see when all the parts are back together. So happy to get that darn bonnet stay off. Same as, it's amazing how dirty it gets under those bits of plastic where nobody can see.....

Chemical guys, maxi suds. Smells good and gives a good wash. Can buy in bulk as well to make cheaper.

Start simple and build your arsenal, get 2 buckets for washing, a good low abrasive polish and some wax. If you can stretch to it then snowfown is a worthwhile prewash but you will need a pressure washer and lance for best results. If you don't want to spend loads initially then many of the good wax companies do sample pots and these will last a good few waxes.

If your non brembo then you will only have 1 piston. As above tho, go for a decent set.

I think it depends weather you alter the compression ratio.

I'd be tempted to collect all the power mods and fit at once so only 1 uprev.

I run 725cc @ 470bhp as fitted by abbey motorsport.

I think you would need an uprev after fitting either cats or the plenum.

Uprated cats would allow more power to be released from the charger.

Injected dynamics are well rated, also you will probably need to upgrade the fuel system.

Sure you will be much happier with that, will look the business too.
