With the wind noise on window, get a hose and spray all around ur window seals (with window up obviously), if it leaks through you will need to adjust the window so it goes up exactly vertical.

After meeting up with hennerz, and him providing some bad karma by letting me know my exhaust isn't meant to sound that good, the pipes corroded, i know need to look into a new exhaust, ohhh no another mod, gutted.... So, im stuck since i know very little about exhausts. From what i gather, a true dual is the same exhaust from the manifold straight to the rear? And i know its one of those questions ill get various answers for, but with a budget of 900, are there many good ones to choose from? Ive checked tarmac sportz, seen the invidia, but youtube clips are hard to compare exhausts since its all different mobiles and camera sound quality. Looking for a deep tone, one that makes it really sound like i have a 3.5litre Tried searching links on here about exhaust sounds but seem to be dead links Cheers

Wow. I find my v2 scrapes a little over speedbumps. That guy will cause a jam tryna reverse away haha.

I still think 18's arent big enough for the zed, alloys make all the difference. A nice set of 19's might set you back a bit, but id say their going to look better than dropping the car a bit, and a bit comfier ride

I use a guy thats near me n ruislip, the tyre prices on camskill are what he charges but that includes the fitting price too.

After completing my car, both me and my friend are looking into doing vinyl wrapping as a business in late 2013 if everything works out for us. At the moment it is just an idea, nothing set in stone, but would be looking at doing some wrapping for others and doing some more trials to see the extent of skills we both have. As it stands, it is just 2 blokes and some vinyl, but i have been looking into business insurance simply for peace of mind. [note: we are not forum traders yet, and this is not a business. There is no insurance for both parties involved, this will hopefully be a "favours for tips" thing until we have sufficient cash and knowledge of a business to then open] At the moment we have 5 members having their roofs vinyl wrapped for free (excludes the actual cost of vinyl) 1. 350Ad 2. ewan221 3. Vini69 4.Ninjaz 5.Ewan27 Also, will be looking at wrapping a full mr2 in white as a show car later this month. I will try to do a video/photo project of what we do whilst we vinyl so other people can get a rough idea how we do it. The main reason i tried to learn to wrap was because i knew i couldn't see how my paint was under the vinyl, they could have scratched it and scuffed it. So if anyone is looking to bypass me and other companies, you will at least have the opportunity to do so. Those willing to have us vinyl wrap panels, are fine to watch us as we do it, or ask how were doing it.

Im not a business. I assure you, if i do a free wrap, you will be the last to be offered. I have taken criticism and points on board, I'm happy for people to bypass me and go for a proper company, if people want to see how i wrap, ill show them. Ho ho, i just checked your site. Me and my friend took his megane to your garage in september, a megane r26, asked you to carbon wrap in white his wing mirrors and renault badges. The badges were horrific, i even told him that the day he got it done, and your company must used some sort of glue, because he had residue all around the side of the badge, which didnt come off until he had to specialists to clean it off. You are one of the garages we went to for vinyl wrapping, and have already spoke to people via PM, reference your company. I dont like to burn down companies, i havnt mentioned a single name from any garage ive had bad work from, but your advertising after 3posts on the forum... Against us attemtping to start our own business, which is competition to you, hardly fair.

Guessing your an employee of "prestige wraps", a sharp object? A scalpel? Its cutting vinyl not slicing a car up lol. But cheers for the advertisement, im wrapping for free, keep up the posts.

Ill start checking out possible dates for this, and PMing those involved with exact cost and dates/times. If you cant make a certain date, id be fine with rearranging. Most likely wont have zeds around all at the same time as it could take hour or two to do, and last man is gonna be in sleeping on the floor lol. Rough dates will be mid-end of november. Those who are coming to our base will be 1hour roughly as theres me and my mate doing it, scotland will be 1-2 hours as going han solo

Nothing wrong with putting your foot down, but theres airfield strips, race tracks etc to do it.
