Anyone know roughly how much youd be able to sell the bose kit for on ebay? Looking at upgrading but dont really have an idea of how much ill get for speakers, amp, sub etc. nothing on ebay except sub at 100pound

If your looking at a phone/ipod holder, dont go drilling into the cubby hole as their a fair bit to replace. This is a few photos of what ive got, i used it in focus for 2years and in my zed since november. Phone never moves, no drilling or anything needed. This is it inside the car This is it removed (its attached to the zeds little removable rubber thing by double sided tape which comes off with bit of lighter fluid once ur trying to sell car) And a photo from the back, the angle is adjustable, so it can lay flat if you want to put your wallet in there, or at angle if you want to use satnav. Phone will not budge when its on this. No damage to standard zed parts. Cubby hole closes too. I do put it in neutral each time i come to a hill, bit of a boring drive like. but obviously if you reset the trip computer at a hill, youll see it goes upto like 67mpg or whatever random thing it reads, so as your driving, all its using is the actual engine running. Worth doing just to see what you can get out the car, but as soon as you have a car behind you, you feel impelled to use some fuel

For me to get 36mpg i have to feather the f*ck out of the throttle... it will be impossible to get any more than that! Definetly was 40mpg, drove half way to scotland, refuelled up and worked out as that. Mind u it was 2am in the morning but aslong as u dont put ur foot down, and on a long hill to roundabouts, just release out of gear and let cars weight take you down. If your driving early hours of the morning, give it a go.

Diesel is more expensive than petrol, but youll be best looking at the premium petrol for your zed. Id say hire car if its a boring drive. The more you drive your zed, the more your tyres, brakes and discs will wear out. If hire car equals same price, u arent paying random extras

Looking at getting LED strip put under the canards, so you cant really see them during the day, but at night would outline the shape of the canards (put just underneath canards) Anyone ever used those strips before? Dont want it looking cheap and tacky, i know majority of them look a bit out of place. But want it so its sleek and looks like it was OEM. Anyone ever bought the strips? And what you think of them?

Bit of an issue with headlight, my passenger side doesnt work, except for the indicator. Ive removed the headlight and the sidelight holder has a crack, connection doesnt seem to be damaged just the holder, although the sidelight has now gone missing. Ive checked the connections, all seem to be in correct, checked the H7 headlight bulb, thats not split. Question is, does the fact the sidelight bulb is not there, effect the main headlight? Im going to try get a new sidelight bulb tomorrow to see if that fixes it, but dont know if its another issue stopping it. Any ideas? (I would remove the other sidelight to use different bulb, but bumper was fitted badly and dont want to start removing the whole bumper)

Had to use celotape on the inside of spoiler to hold vinyl in place due to the lack of spray underneath lol. Looking into getting 3m vinyl tape, should be fun to use lol. See if its any good when i next fancy redoing my panels lol. Not doing anything most weekends, just skint at the moment due to insurance and tax etc etc lol.
