Does anyone have a vinyl cutter that they would mind letting me use? Got about 5metres of white vinyl spare as mate wrote off his car before we finished wrapping, so looking to have logis cut out such as k&n, nismo etc. Not sure if the correct name is a vinyl cutter but if so I can let you grab some soare white vinyl to use Dean

Another update for the zed. Fixed my hole in the exhaust by throwing 850pounds at it and bought invidia gemini exhaust sounds oem til 4k revs thrn turns jnto a monster. Perfect for me, no loud groan when sitting on motorway Hopefully sort the rear bumper out this weekend with daryl (jumping350) since I tried to wrap it on my own.. got so annoyed with it that it turned into a bodge job. Some holes and overlaps. So that will be fixed this weekend. alsi be wrappung the door window pillar.. things green. They look good black but im sick if telling people its not a hard top convertible lol. more to come

money money money... Was planning to sell the car after next years insurance, but just spend 850 on exhaust and now <1grand for clutch. If i hadnt bought the exhaust i think i might have just sold it after hearing this

Hey, okay so i have multiple problems that have just happened recently but cant put it down to anything. Problems are (and im not sure if their linked with one another) 1- I have an engine managment light showing. It has been showing for a month or two, and my diagnostics checker says its the cat pipes. I got a brand new invidia exhaust, but its still showing. 2- Theres a knocking noise when i go over any form of bump in the road. Its coming from centre console forward, it sounds like an engine part is loose, i wouldnt imagine it to be the exhaust as it was fitted pretty well. 3- This is the main issue, when i put my foot down in the car, the revs go up, back down, and then the car revs normally. the only example i can give is, its like when your wheel spins, the revs go up but car isnt going any faster. This now happens even if im doing 60mph and just put foot down a little, rev up, rev down and then it gains speed. The only things that are going through my mind which it could possibly be are, - my air filter needs cleaned (its k&n typhoon and havent cleaned for around a year) but then i dont think that would cause the problems, but i could be wrong. -Or, its something loose in the engine/exhaust area, i thought it could be my manifold, and that would explain the knocking, the engine management light and the revs going a bit haywire. Im going to be taking it to a garage this week or the following when i have spare time. So any ideas before hand would be good so i could possibly have an idea of what to expect. Thanks Dean

Main issue i find with top gear is... They do a review on the new GTi which is reasonable to review. Its car show and sports car those who watch can afford. Then turn round in 1minute and say "if u want a gti. Just go buy a ferrari" and then they do a review on a million pound supercar. Nice 1. Edit: ontop of that, the cool wall.... after not driving car for 2days, after i started it up and started to accelerate, it jolted as if the brakes had been ceased up. i understand this happens if the car hasnt been used for a few weeks. but 2days? happened a few times so far

Wrapping a different colour is different to the clear shield protection. 500pound to change your car colour, and can go for crazy colour like mine. Green is hard to resell so you just peel it off to the original colour when reselling. Spraypainting is like 2grand, and you don really know if its actually a good job done, and cant remove if you don like it

well im hardly going to turn round to the copper and say i dont care its legal... im meaning, aslong as it was legal i wouldnt have anything to panic about. and why? just because i want something different ill phone up police station, see if i can get anymore info

from what i can gather, when i drive at "56mph" its a bit pessimistic with how far i will get. Even though ive had further than what it says i will get. When i put my foot down, thats when it a bit more optimistic, but i doubt its recording it properly as the fuel goes down faster than what it says im meant to be getting ^^ Take it with a pinch of salt. Its close, but im sure 3mpg either way would be a good way to view it.
