  1. It is good. However it does not seem to show polls and sometimes it clips text under pictures at the end of a post
  2. Was looking for a How To on changing my sidelight bulbs, but could only find this viewtopic.php?f=35&t=31205 Its OK I guess, but I kind of expected to find something with pictures on it. Is there anything like that? If not then I guess I could do one when I change my bulbs, but if someone else has done the work then that's good news. Cheers Shinjuku
  3. Oddly enough that does not seen to show on my forum app. 750 though. ;-)
  4. To be honest I would like to look at the ducting option rather than remoting the unit itself - although I recognise that as a good solution. Has anyone done this.
  5. I see that using a pop charger results in a slight loss in power due to heat soak from the engine. Is there a way to duct some air into that area. Standard car. Dont want to cut too many holes particularly where they can be seen. Thanks Shinjuku
  6. No mate. That 313 is at the wheels. Yours must be busted! Just joking...
  7. you joking me I was hopeing the flywheel would still be ok . you saying I should really change it I wouldn't want to as money is tight at the mo. Sorry but yes thats right. Chances are the flywheel may not be a long way behind
  8. You are going to need a flywheel as well mate. Sadly thats another 350 quid. Few would suggest you only change the clutch as far as I know. :x:x
  9. I would if I bought new but I doubt previous owners have done so.
  10. I was just thinking that its 6 years old. How long do radiators normally last. Cant be a lot more than that?
  11. Was wondering how much it would cost to change my radiator on an 05 zed. Basically I would want something reasonable quality and as cheap as possible. What is the best part. Also is changing the radiator a significant job or is it similar to other cars. Anything unusual? Thanks Shinjuku
  12. I think there was nothing wrong in the first place and you have managed to get a free clutch and flywheel. If you had bought it at the nissan garage and taken it back there they would probably have said "they all do that sir". Rear wheel drive car, cold, its not uncommon for second to be a bit stiff.
  13. So are the bulbs in the 2005 cars hid as well. I thought the later models were supposed to be better. Surely a hid is a hid? More light is better but as has been said more blue means less light. I have used 6k before but that was when you had to choose between 4 and 6. First up has to be getting sidelights that are whiter than regular. So probably led. Thanks for the tip about the main beam. Will take a look. Shinjuku

  15. What are generally considered the best bulbs to upgrade the front lights of a 2005 z - side light, main and maybe dipped. Cheers Shinjuku

  19. Do they not mark when you put a socket on them?
  20. I agree. Prices without having to click through each time is essential. Shinjuku
