Rumour has it that, in acknowledgement of “recent” trends for multimedia entertainment systems in cars these days, along with most of the world’s population moving/having moved away from DVD’s & CD’s (ahem, recent...) in favour of streaming digital media instead and the rise of internet connected in-car entertainment systems, Nissan plan on installing all it’s new models with VHS tape decks from 2021.

Pretty much my experience of the wipes too, quick and easy to apply and look great at first but after a couple of weeks they look worse than ever. Somewhat surprised that C4 lasted under 4 months though. Sounds like you followed the right process to apply so not sure what caused that to be honest.

Sounds like he’s not being deliberately vague but rather, as it’s not a priority (by his own admission), Nissan just haven’t laid out the far end of the growth plan in detail yet; get the electric crossovers and £5bn loss sorted then discuss the low production, low revenue models, in essence. Thats what I take from it anyway. Just so that G Man can quote me in a couple of years when they finally get around to it and laugh at how “wrong” I am.

Me? Certain people definitely, but I was largely being facetious. I don’t understand the principal of blaming Boris for anyone else being a moron. I blame Boris for my lack of understanding, naturally.

Regardless of whether you're paying for it or someone else is, you should always be happy with the end result. If you're not take it back and ask them to correct the issues. The only problem comes when you're not happy but they won't do anything further, it's then down to the insurance company to apply that pressure to the repairer but if they think the repair is adequate it's up to you to convince them otherwise before they'll do anything else about it; sometimes it's just not worth that battle but that's your call.

You're absolutely right. It's quite clearly entirely Boris' fault, and Boris' alone, that there are so many individuals in the country that are completely incapable of taking any responsibility for themselves, let alone for their actions. I think it was entirely wrong of Boris to allow anyone, even the remotely sensibile minority, to make any of their own decisions about how they act, even in light of all the available information. Boris threatening to imprison, or better still have the army patrolling the streets with instructions to beat or kill anyone that dared leave their own home, from day one. That's what was needed. After all, it's not like anyone bitched and moaned about infringements on their civili liberties when they were advised against washing their car in the street or anything. Yep, Boris failed us. Damn him.
