Hi mate, yeah had a similar experience at nissan bolton, a lot of members on here have had major probs at nissan dealers.

as far as I know the number is on a plate behind passenger seat.

Thanks guys, had the same prob with bm m sport never could fix it changed door seals inward and out drilled extra drain holes, gave up in the end
