  1. i had the same problem, well worth going the genuine route as the ebays can be a real hit and miss. i got mine from Cougar Stores
  2. I've given up with the hammer and chisel angle grinder is out. Cut half way up it now slowly peeling it back
  3. Ok I'll give it go thanks for the help. Just pray the stud doesn't snap. If u I can't get it to budge how hard is the sleeve
  4. Right so the bush just broke away from the arm. now just the sleeve is stuck around the stud. guess just keep at it Will a air impact hammer be any good?
  5. So i have everything off, the ball joint is off etc. But the arm is stuck on the stud and wont budge. Any ideas?

  7. If you have 2 battery's just bridge them and try that. If it doesn't start then at least you know. So many story's of people spending weeks trying to start a car, ended up being the battery all along.

  9. Have you tryed it with jumps leads, or just pushing it down the road I had batterys do some funny things, all lights work engine turns over really well still didnt start. Ended up pushing it down the road and it fired straight up.

  11. Faulty door switch? Bad earth or something. Odd for it to work after a couple of open and shuts. I would swap passenger switch over to see if it is the switch it's self
  12. Buster had the powerflow that came off my car. Sounds awesome, just very loud
  13. Dont go to the Zed shed. They brain wash you into modding your zed even more.
  14. My light fly is only very loud when cold. pretty quiet when its warm Just get a louder exhaust...
  15. ive thrown it up on ebay now see what happens. i did try a few local gearbox places but they offered me less than i would get for weighing it in...

  17. I have whiteline ajustable drop links supplied from Cougar Stores. Well worth the extra dollar if you're going lower. At least if you decide you want to uprate the roll bars after lowering you aren't making it pointless by buying non ajustable ones.
