  1. sounds like a plan! i'll get the ball rolling with a couple of quid On a serious note it is a bit alarming that the UKs most prestigious track is having financial troubles... not good for UK motorsport...
  2. Bit of a thread resurrect here, and its not American dad... Just watching 2Fast2Furious on itv2 at the mo (EPIC film lol) and just at the bit when Brian and Rome go to ludacris' quayside garage, and what car is Devon Aoki designing a paint job for? yes its a 350z - on screen for all of a second! Found a clip to back it up - 34 seconds in Do i get extra brownie points for it not even being a car, but merely a drawing of it?
  3. this started well, but then went downhill somewhat! to the OP, if you want extra horses from a zed, the tried and tested route is a plenum spacer, high flow cats and an uprev, as the first two are the most restrictive and then the uprev to make everything work optimally.
  4. definitely the lambo! The fezza is seriously getting on a bit, and the aston is only going to feel a bit quicker than a zed... it hasnt even got 400bhp, wheras the lambo is well north of 500. Plus the V10...
  5. *off topic* Now heres clearly the correct fitment for a zed... might require some (a lot of) arch work... surely the perfect wheel for a zed? *off topic*
  6. wow, that is a good site Buster! havent seen a wheel calculator that gives a diagramatic representation of the offset against the hub as well, good find!
  7. I feel obliged to say in case someone nearly makes an honest mistake... the tyres are not the standard size for the zed, the profile is quite a bit lower. Standard fitment is 225/45/18 and 245/45/18 for zed - if you put these rears on without changing the fronts, the tcs will throw a hissy fit
  8. £8k seems a tad steep for me for an 04... i paid £6.8k for a 53 plate with 41k on the clock, same spec as that... i'd say £7-7.5 if its mint throughout. Check the stereo and the electric windows, they're common areas to fail.
  9. Hmmm its going to have to do some convincing to win me over from the Zonda, which was a brilliant brilliant car...
  10. hahah yeah im glad i found that little fix after my drivers side window got stuck down. Now i just dont use it at all, which does make getting a ticket for multi storey carparks fun. However if i get a new exhaust i might risk putting the window down so i can here the exhaust in stereo (the passengers side still works fine, but that has probably only had 10% of the opening and closing that the drivers side has had)
  11. Wow and more wow guys! Some decent space age pics of zedley offshore... love the ones of him in the hub and in the shaft, proper little adventurer. And then the alps - bringing back very many happy memories there, glad to see zedley is wearing his helmet! Although a bit concerned that after a drop of coke hes gone a bit loopy and started abusing the glass... spose he is only tiny and cant take his drink!
  12. nah, just aware you're wanting a change! tbh they could do with a refurb, so get them done in anthracite... they'll be unique!
  13. Mmmm someone definitely needs to buy them! Wasso?
  14. that looks like some serious arch work you've done there! what wheels and offsets are you running?
  15. nah you don't want a 4wd car... at some point you're going to have to learn to drive a rwd car, otherwise porsches, TVRs and ferraris are permanently out of your reach (could settle for a lamborghini though i spose)
  16. glad to see hes up there looking down on us (which would have been a first for him) RIP Mr C. PS i have a 'watchoo talkin' bout willis' fridge magnet since my last name is willis, and i bear a passing resemblance to the big man.
  17. Oh my god, you're right, there is a face in the first one... i think... its gary coleman???
  18. Hooning around SanFran in his fiesta for Gymkhana 5 I also hear it was all shot in one glorious take*. *This is a lie.
  19. wider, stickier rear tyres would be an easy place to start!
  20. i dont know what all the fuss is about, most girls i know say they just flicked right through it...
  21. brilliant! But glad you censored the punchline
  22. Whats really annoying are the cretins who get to the check in desk with MAHOOSIVE bags which weigh like, 30kgs... and are waaaaay over the luggage allowance, and then proceed to repack their crap right there are the front of the queue. IDIOTS! how hard is it to check the allowance and weigh it before you get to the airport!?!
  23. lol, poor chap... didnt have enough posts to PM, so just post the same reply to 'exhaust for sale' threads that are nearly 3 years old...
  24. to be fair, i have bought a wheeled suitcase when abroad... was on a train tour of italy with my girlfriend, but foolishly packed all our clothes into one massive holdall with no wheels... that got pretty tiring pretty quickly, so bought an even bigger wheeled suitcase and just bunged everything in there. best 15 euros we spent all trip.
