  1. The amuse at the front is the best thing about that car, even if there's a big panel gap and the paint match isn't great. The rear bumper looks like it has had another bumper stuck on to the original, awful.
  2. I used to play 40k when I was younger and bought an old blood bowl set off someone locally about 15 years for £40. It came with loads of metal figures and I sold the lot on eBay a couple of years ago for around £400.
  3. I was in my blade 350z taking my wheels to get balanced and spotted a black 350z which I think I recognise as SteveW's.
  4. Even if it wasn't on a yellow line that's still some terrible parking, it's no where near the kerb.
  5. It's not Morgan Freeman, it's Morethan Freeman.
  6. I got to meet Mark at Wales last year, RIP. Just too soon.
  7. You will have driven past the house in the middle of the M62 as well then. There's usually plenty of opportunity to admire the scenery on the M62 unfortunately...
  8. Living near the roadworks on the M62 for the last year and a half I have found the cruise control is very useful. I try and turn it on whenever I'm on a motorway although if traffic is heavy it's sometimes easier to not use it.
  9. You might not want to know this but my dad bought a car on the 23rd February and he still hasn't received the v5 for it yet. So it would seem the DVLA are taking quite a while with these at the moment.
  10. I like the silver and black paintwork. At least it shouldn't take long to get used to.
  11. Looking good, the skirts look better now they've got the lip to compliment. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh to see the colour properly. This carbon fibre intake tube could work with the black arc: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/64231-350z-carbon-fibre-intake-tube-kit-in-stock/

  13. Knowing what the codes are would be useful to give any advice.
  14. Nice pics, I've seen the 370z and gtr on GT academy recently but where are the pictures of the attractive lady giving the tour?
  15. Camskill just charge a flat rate per tyre for delivery as far as I remember, so best to do 2 separate orders.
  16. great to see another uprev provider in the north
  17. Came with the car mate Doing research to see if they're actually worth it or not. Dont like the look of em. People seem to be 50/50 Feel free to PM me if you decide you don't want them anymore.
  18. Where did you get the grounding wires from? I'm looking for some in orange.
  19. It's a UK 1.8, I was told the 1.8 was the one to go for because it has some additional bracing and bigger brakes. No power steering, abs or electric windows so back to basics. I can let you know what I think of the meisters but as they came fitted with the car I won't have anything to compare it to. Plenty of good reviews on mx5nutz. First on the list is a proper roll bar rather than the style bar that's currently fitted and I'm on the look out for buckets/ harnesses and some 15" wheels as there seems to be a better choice of tyres available. But other than that I'm hoping to not really do much to it (famous last words!)
  20. Picked this mk1 mx5 up a couple of weekends ago with the intention of doing a few track days in it. I'm booked on to go to Cadwell park on the 17th March for my birthday. Pictures taken on a much nicer day than today... I might even be able to make Dan jealous with a full set of Toyo R888s on the black alloys pictured and a spare matching set of michelin tyres on the original wheels! It also came with a set of Meister R coilovers which have had a hunter alignment so hopefully it should be good on track, I imagine it will be more capable than I am!
  21. You could just buy shire's car if you can wait, I don't think it will be 7k though..... http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/67309-370z-preferably-the-40th-edition/

    Polished Rays

They've been put back on eBay but at £600 this time: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251240907069
  23. You also have the option of hi-flow cats which should be a bit less restrictive but still pass the emissions test.
