  1. Got a break in the weather today to give the car a quick wax then fitted the front plate with a bit of creativity. Totally ruined the front of the car now its legal but cant think where else to stick the plate that's not to intrusive Wee shots of my mount Might need to stick some bits of foam or something to the ends of the plate to stop it hitting the bumper at higher speeds It is now raining! typical
  2. Fitted the front plate back on to keep the Police off my back. Not much of a mod but did have to machine a M16 bolt to fit the tow eye then drill and tap it to take a M6 bolt to hold my mounting plate. Used 6mm pads to compensate for the m6 bolt head. Has ruined the look of the front Left a few mm gap
  3. Mustang, always wanted one. Think they might hold their value well though so won't be in my price range for some time
  4. Sorry its the only thing I've not kept, I've still got the boot weight for some strange reason!
  5. if I've not PM'd you by 10am drop me a PM to remind me, I have a really bad memory
  6. I may have one in the garage, i'll check in the morning. If I do you can have it for what ever the price of p&p is
  7. I hit a seagull in my mgzr donkeys years ago, went like a grenade! Feathers and guts everywhere
  8. Like I said it was the sports cats that bumped the price up by £400, cat back quote was £550.They made the exhaust how wanted it to sound and have a lifetime guarantee. All the R&D in the world could go into the exhaust system but it still ain't going to give massive gains on a n/a zed. Can fully understand if your chasing bhp figures going for tried and tested systems though.
  9. I've got them on the rear. Looks @*!# up close but fine from afar. Traffic police were a bit iffy with them when checked recently, however never gave me any tickets etc. Just told me they are restricting the reflectors and the light beam. But got through 3mots with them
  10. Might not be much help as I'm up in jockland but my custom exhaust was £1k 3"system with 2 high flow sports cats. The cats were £200 each so cat back would have been much cheaper. Easily one of the best mods I've done other than the arbs and respray
  11. Ps4 scobie140 suprisingly haha. Not that I have much in the way of games. Due to my Internet being brutal ðŸ˜
  12. Looks good, Really like the wheels
  13. Don't think i could go with purple haha
  14. massive detailed c*ck bang in the middle of it? I wouldn't be able to resist
  15. I looked at kits etc last year but nothing really stuck out as a must have for me plus I would struggle to get over all the speed bumps into our street so decided to just try and keep it simple less cluttered. See I think the seats and the callipers go with the green, My mrs and other females say they don't. Women are usually better at anything to do with colours matching so I'm guessing I'm wrong haha Originally I did think I would need to change them but happy with them just now, drivers seat is getting a bit worn so possibly a change next year on the seats. Plans just now are - New CD player and new/different alloys just need to save up ££'s again Revolution in alloa haha already booked in for a change to....... ohh wait, every colours already been done!! I looked at some styles like that but not keen on them, although they would suit it nicely if i could just get permission haha. I see alloys and think they look good but then picturing them on the zed think they will look out of place so really not got a clue in the alloy department the now. Always seem to come back to looking at 370z alloys as I think they are nice but still subtle Yeh I'm the "scottish copy" still no sign of the lynch mob at my door yet though neutral like? I always like the callipers to be distinctive on a car, I did consider a vibrant blue but not 100% on any colour for them yet
  16. Yeh its the Vauxhaul vxr green with green flake for more. Was originally going to be gold flake but sample didn't look quite right. The Java green was one of the contenders, but a freshly detailed Corsa parked up next to me one day and i just thought it looked great in the sun so went for that as my head was bursting with all the different greens that are similar. I know the alloys let it down that's next on the list along with a CD player since the bose one keeps cutting in and out, Just can't decide what alloys to get when i save up the cash for them
  17. Gave it the car its 1st wash since its new paint job, still need to give it a coat of wax at some point. all pics from phone so not the best quality after the wash After a quick going over with some swiss vax detail spray Already got a stone chip after a trip to aberdeen and back, gutted! Just need to mount the front plate now to stop the police pulling me everytime!
  18. A bit like the guy that did the bike clips, Ghost rider? I'm sure his luck ran out and is now pan bread only a matter of time for this guy at that rate
  19. Looks a good clean zed
  20. I got my licence via an intensive course, the best way I think for someone like me with no past experience on bikes as its all day everyday for a week so always fresh in your system. Hardest bit is the 1st test you do doing all the manoeuvres etc the 2nd one is just driving around town so if you have a car licence then nothing new. Go for it, more of a buzz than any car can give you.
  21. Nice ðŸ‘, feel your pain getting the bolts! Why not a standard size!!
  22. Looks great, I like white cars but hate cleaning them!!
  23. How dare you lol Yeh I'm sure he's here somewhere, don't know the forum name and don't wish to name him as I'm not after an argument just trying to clear a few things up after reading some negative comments about me and my zed. He's got a cheek saying I've copied him when most of the pics for inspiration I have saved on my pc are of buster's and hensh's lol
