I would have thought a post code function would have been pretty standard? I turned down looking at a load of 350z's because of them not having Sat Nav, and now just thinking it might have been wasted time? However, I have totally fallen in love with my roadster... not sure the missus is too happy about my new devotion!!! Cheers for reply

Back again... The factory fitted Sat nav in my 350z doesn't have the capability to find places via post code, which is a bit of a pain. Is it possible to buy a later version of the software (DVD) that will allow for this? Or am I stuck with a sat nav that can only find places through street names and numbers? Cheers, Alex.

I did try that the other day, and the warning light continued to flash. However, last night i had a good look at the switch mechanism in the centre locking point and after some adjustment I got it to register that the hood was closed. Am relieved as I was concerned it could have been something more sinister. Thanks for your reply lilwashu

Hi all, I have a problem with my 08 plate 350z roadster. The warning light for the soft top operation continues to flash once the hood is closed and locked in place. This light is not on when the hood is retracted (open) though? Is this possibly just a switch that is not detecting that the hood is closed? Or could it be something a little more serious than that? Any help on this would be much appreciated. Alex.
