  1. Those pictures don't explain whether et20 would fit though I'd be curious to know whether they'd fit! Either way you'd need to be quite low to pull off the width /stretched tyre IMO - like the car above with the red ones
  2. I was 17 when I fitted them... And was REALLY into fast and furious... Not cool.
  3. I had them on my clio 5 years ago (well, under car led strips). Pretty embarrassed to admit it... Maybe on a show car that was an inch off the floor for a small glow but otherwise I'm not a fan. As said though, each to their own
  4. Someone on here fitted 12s in red, it was a drifter IIRC. Can't remember if he needed spacers for inner/brake clearance but I believe they only come in et20 (think they used to come in et0 when they first brought them out. They'd require quite a bit of arch work and a slim tyre I expect!
  5. There was parking the other side of the track?? I just saw the side I was on and the middle. Mike, if you were parked in the middle I saw yours and heard you leave, sounded goooood!
  6. I started with this kit a few years back and built up my tool chest with more halfords professional/advanced tools. Really like them, and the lifetime warranty makes them worth every penny, especially with a trade card
  7. First time I did it I jacked the car up and removed the front wheels, unscrewed the arch liner and did it from there. The second time I just turned the wheels full lock inwards, undid the bolt at about 2 o'clock (if you're looking directly at it) and squeezed my hand through. I have quite big hands and managed it ok

    upgrade

Eibach springs drop 30mm. I have them (as do many on here) - they're good springs

    upgrade

What sort of drop are you looking for?
  10. I'll be there, with no Nissan badge on the front or back as I'm half way through spraying them!!
  11. I just machine polished mine and they came up nicely. Forgotten what I used now but it was just car polish
  12. Agree with that! I have set my own alarm off a few times now when I get my bike out of my garage and ride slowly past the Zed, it's a sensitive alarm (although a loud bike also).
  13. My s14a was waxoyl'd underneath, sticky stuff but I guess it did the job
  14. I did my CBT a couple of years back, owned a Hyosung GT125R for 4 months, taught myself to ride on it and passed my test on it. Wouldn't recommend it purely as it had quite a sporty riding position (they made a non-R also which was more upright) which isn't ideal for learning / figure of 8 etc. It also needed bump starting quite a bit in the winter As soon as I passed my test I bought a Suzuki SV650S, then a year later I sold that and bought my current Kawasaki Z1000
  15. Looks sweet! I do like the look of matt cars, just not sure if I'd be able to own one. Do you have to wipe off bird poo straight away etc??

    Tommy kaira badge

Transformers badges you say grundy.. Like the one in post #12? I saw one of these earlier and thought it looked quite cool. Not sure how it'd work on the front though...
  17. Gutted to see this Haven't read the whole thread but I have a boot lid which you can have for £80, I'm in Southampton if you're local. The paintwork is terrible but the glass is fine so you could swap the glass out for yours. PM me if interested.
  18. How much do you estimate the full build cost for NOS on a 350Z?
  19. Whats the best way to check it? every time i pull it out it gets shaken about and the reading is messed up so annoying man! That's what I mean. I just have to do it a couple of times to get a slightly more accurate reading. There's still always oil all up the dipstick though!
  20. If you'd remove the plenum spacer, please PM me a price/pictures/details. Thanks
  21. A mate if mine bought a reasonably expensive 'breathable' and 'waterproof' car cover last winter.... it was almost as @*!# as the cheap one he bought not long before! I'm yet to hear or a good car cover. Water just seems to get in (or condensation) and stay in from my experience. I'm sure there are half decent covers out there though, somehow, somewhere!
  22. SamNugent on Pistonheads is me! Come and say hi if you see me
  23. Just waiting for a set at the right price, no rush
  24. Yeah got rays on at the moment. Only 19s I'd really consider are grid drifts in good sizes I think!
