    Im not taking the mick, but the post you quoted I clearly said I am not worried about low MPG? :bangin:

     

    I was worried the car won't get up to full temp and things will slowly start going wrong!

     

    So why is the thread called Aircon and MPG? and the first post ask what the effect is on mpg?

    I was just pondering, I am gearing up to join the Z club and want to make sure it is a good choice.

     

    At the moment, I have a 5 mile commute so low MPG isn't a problem, but I worry that the car will suffer from the short journeys.

     

     

    I have a 4 mile commute.... I get 20-21 mpg if i don't do any longer trips. That's with the aircon off.

     

    If you're bothered about mpg at all, you should buy something else tbh....

    Took a punt a bought those eBay LED tails from the USA...

     

    Glad i did, i love them :)

     

    The seller is amazing! I ordered them on Friday, they arrived Monday morning! :scare: No Import duty, as it's worked into the price by the seller and pre-paid.

     

    After initially thinking they didn't have the right connector, a quick google search revealed that the connector they come with is the same as the old bulb has, so you remove the old bulb and plug this in :)

     

    They look great.

    Getting there, I managed to play one whole Rush game just now, got into the second one and the whole game crashed and having to reset PS3 as we speak...have to say its a bloody awful effort at a game launch, might just revert back to BF2!

     

     

    I honesty have not heard of anyone that has had any problems with it.

     

     

    For me the servers are the best i've ever seen for a FPS on launch... :blink:

    It'll keep going forever, it makes more money than any movie ever will... Last one made $500 million in it's first week :scare:

    Never got into GTA after it went 3D. Think it's Rockstar games in general as I couldn't get into Red Dead, far too much horse riding back and forth all the time!

     

    I know what you mean. The last one was a real chore to finish. Hopefully this one will be more fun. It looks like they've just gone back to the way it used to be in San Andreas with Jets and crazy stuff going on.

    I havent been able to play online yet...annoying really as my internet is fine (happily downloading stuff on my laptop in the same room on the same connection) googled it and it appears there have been lots of problems for selected users...looks like Im one of the unlucky ones - three days ownership yet to play online :thumbdown: although have completed single player twice in that time...

    lol, if you're downloading stuff at the same time, no wonder it doesn't work :p

     

     

    Have you just tried quick match or have you looked through the server list for ones with good signal?

     

    There are so many server options i just can't see how you have not been able to get into a game, if your connection is ok....

     

    Have you checked your modem/router isn't blocking anything it shouldn't be?

    My real hate bout ebay, spent the last 2 mins wasting bids between 21 & £50 when the max bid already in was £53, ran out of time to catch up so lost out by £3.

     

    Never got to grips with this about ebay, they miss out with this system cause I would have bid a little more.

     

    Wonder who won it?

     

     

    Surely you put in the maximum you would pay, then if you win it, you win it for the lowest possible below that, and if it goes for more, you're not bothered.

     

     

    Why would anyone bid less than they're willing to pay, then moan about not winning it? :wacko:

    Finally got round to fitting some LED sidelights to bring it all up to date.

     

    I've had a LOT of different types over the years, many of them are crap, but THESE ones are really excellent :)

     

    Here's how they look (this is just the sidelights that are on B) )

    Could do with getting some 8000K Xenons to match them better, but it's such a pain in the ass getting to the bulbs, i don't think i'll bother :lol:

    Downloaded the update overnight...took ages for my account to sign in...loaded up the game...get this message 'Cannot connect to EA online' :angry:

     

     

    Don't really understand wht's going on there, think you need to check your connection...

     

    My update took about 3 minutes, and i've played about 8 hours online without a single problem :console:
