Only the best for my zed!
Your right, I cant wait to get it on. I doubt it will sound a whole lot different but as its a GT4 I kind of want to keep it fairly OEM looking so parts are selected carefully!
I've got a set of axle stands from SGS. Really good quality actually. Got some rubber tops for them as well.
I'd have thought their jacks were pretty good quality too.
On US cars there's a threaded hole in the rear floor on each side where you can attach a child's car seat top tether strap.
Perfect if it's there on UK cars then
probably the easiest way would be to weld 2 decent sized plates to the boot floor with a captive bolt and then bolt the harness bar to that.
As I said earlier I'd prefer not to have to modify the floor pan of the car with welds or captive nuts etc but yes I agree that would probably be the easiest thing for the K bar version.
I prefer the look and they are probably safer but wouldn't you have to weld the legs into the boot floor pan?
Keeping the normal belts would be a priority (for me personally) too.
I used to read RedLine before it went out of production
Onto Banzai and Jap Performance but I only ever buy them if there is something of interest to me in them rather than religiously every month.
Chris, I'd be interested in one if you went down this route and could get them made.
Not sure about others but I'd prefer a bolt in one like the Sparco hardness bar so the car doesn't need any modification or welding!
1.05.178 is the best I can manage on Tsukuba tonight. Times are getting slow and slower. Not expecting to see any improvement until weekend now. I'm just too knackered.
Im happy with that. Im mean im not bothered about it being premium car or not to be honest but I think if others prefer premium then im happy.
And the only changes allowed on the car are pit services to keep the car in good nick correct?
