  1. This is the latest addition to my household and his name is Nismo, or Nissan Motorsport International Limited to give him his full name. I think this means he's in the bottom 10% of originally named dogs by 350z owners He's a Japanese Spitz, 10 weeks old and will be about knee high when fully grown and will look more like a Samoyed than a Pom than he does now.. Apologies for the idiot in the picture with him! S.
  2. +1 for BuddyClub, sounds fantastic and I'm delighted with mine (thanks again CS!). See my sig for sound output. The only time it becomes a bit annoying is on long motorway drives as can be a bit 'droney'. If you live near Chester you're welcome to have listen although it does also have HFC's in too. S.
  3. Hope it shifts off your drive quick What's the replacement or is that a closely guarded secret? S.
  4. Something similar happened on my road about 6 weeks ago - a cyclist clumped into the postman's parked van. Cyclist had broken collarbone, broken ribs, broken vertebrae and teeth missing and left a dint in rear of postman's vehicle and now Royal Mail are suing the cyclist for damage. Could result in a bit of bad (more) PR for RM if the press get wind of it I think. The cyclists are a complete menace in my village, we get lots of road race style cycling and my road is used a lot by cycle clubs from all over the north west. Awful people. S.
  5. So are you back in the Zed club yet Vik? Yerp sorry I've been a bit quiet of late, was trying to limit my forum browsing but keep being drawn back here lol. S.

    My Z32 SWB

Looking great glad you're still enjoying the Z32 any more updates? S.
  7. Nice replacement I've been out of the loop a bit on this forum, what's with all the sprinks ditching their zeds?! S
  8. I've just got back from the States with a rather sexy and well priced plenum spacer as my intention is to get a RevUp done soon...will I risk balls-ing things up if I get it fitted in advance of the RevUp? Currently got Berks HFCs and BC exhaust fitted so have already tinkered with the breathing. I don't think I can afford the remap for another month or so. Thanks S.
  9. glad to hear you might have a zed again soon Vik S.
  10. I did a wrapping course earlier in the year and the instructor had been trailing this on his A3 for a particular vinyl manufacturer. I don't think it would suit a 350z at all....but lets just say my Dad might not recognise his old Jag XJ when he get's back from Lanzarote later this year... S.
  11. Did any other Chester/NW England/N Wales pet owners on here have their pets go MENTAL yesterday morning? Other half was woken up at 5.00am by the cats acting like they'd all lost it, one was lying in the bath growling and howling like something out of the Exorcist apparently...I wondered if it was foxes or something but when we get other animals outside they tend to observe from the windows and never act frightened....then I found out on the news that there was an earthquake in the Irish sea nearby at 5.30am...I'd heard before that animals can get premonitions of things like that so wondered if anyone else's animals went mad? Loving the latest batch of 350z pets on here S.
  12. Nice video. I do like a slam wagon so loving the blue r32 and all on my home turf too S.
  13. Makes sense! I also know someone who used to work at the Nissan Technical Centre at Cranfield which is near Oxford and apparently most of the staff treated themselves to cut price 350z's when they first came out so I should think there's a fair few knocking about from then. S.
  14. A couple of weeks ago right outside my house a cyclist slammed into the postman's (stationary) delivery van. Dozy poor b*gger smashed three vertebrae, cheek and collar bone and lost a load of teeth and was in hospital for at least 10 days, could still be in now as far as I know. The police have agreed that it was 100% the cyclists fault and Royal Mail are pursuing him to damage to their van. So maybe if this became common place they might all start getting insurance! S.

    My Z32 SWB

Great work! Might have to pinch your idea and give that a go as the lock on the passenger door on my z32 is shot too. I'm guessing the kit was off good old eBay? S.
  16. Does your plate start with 'OV' by any chance? There's a glut of Zeds (inc mine) starting with OV (Oxford registered) for some reason. My plate is OVxxOWU (xx=numbers) and there's a fellow forum member on here who lives within a couple of miles of me who is the same year and everything else on the plate but ZU so only a letter or so out. And we're no where near Oxford. S.
  17. My premium is already 2800 a year.. Oh cruddy heck, I can see why you're not so keen then! I have a vinyl cutter and could cut you a larger version of the JDM Monster on your windscreen to try and camouflage the damage if that's a help lol? S.
  18. ouchies are you not tempted to go through insurance? S.
  19. That's terrible workmanship! I can't believe they let it out like that?! You say they sprayed the bumper? So I'm guessing maybe they had to leave it for a few days for the paint to set before wrapping so they rushed the wrap and screwed it up so bad? I've recently wrapped my ZX (first car I've wrapped) and although it's far from perfect it's probably better than those cowboys! Glad it seems you're getting it sorted tho S.
  20. They seem to drag their heels getting anything sent out from that wretched Swansea office..my other half has been waiting over 5 weeks for a simple V5 can't get the staff me thinks! S.
  21. ...Greyhound Park, Chester, today (08/08/13)... Nice meeting you fella and love the 20"s Fastest coloured Zed you have too S.
  22. Try scanning them if you can fit them on a scanner...I've had success with that method for some things that are awkward to photograph due to reflective/shiny surfaces (jewellery and keyrings to name a couple!). Good look S.

Looking great Lexx! I think the ZX's suit a much wider range of rim styles than the threefiddy's for some reason, just down to the shape of the car I guess. Got a mid level spoiler fitted to mine yesterday...will update my thread on my tatty old Zed soon S.
