I had a reply on www.2carpros.com of the following; "Replied on March 19, 2012 i think the alarm sys. has set.read your manual on how to disengage it. Answered by cadieman (expert) 1,213 answers provided" ...The alarm did go off when I reconnected the negative lead to the battery. I thought this was normal when you reconnect the battery. Any opinions appreciated?

Appreciate all your help. Vehicle turns over, but at slightly faster rate than usual when you get 3 turns then start. I will check all the fuses tomorrow and update. I would try the spare keys, but last time I had it in for the fuse block Nissan (possibly) were a little cash till trigger happy and told me I need to reprogram the main key also. I didnt have the spares with me so didnt have them done, at the time I read if you reprogram one key you need them all doing, and if I tried the spares without reprogram it may mess with the signal to the good main key. Anyone know about that before I try? Cheers for your advice
