  1. I dont know the exacts but will find out for you if you need to know. I got them from a mate who used to work at boss wheels who had done some research of different sizes and offsets on a Zed. This is how we knew exactly what the best setup would be. I may be wrong but i believe Andy on here may of been a bit of a guinea pig for them, either that or its a different Andy in the world with a blue VS Zed. If it was the Andy that on here he may have the details you require
  2. Yeah there Ascarii Penta's, they are wrapped in Falken FK452. First impression are they seem pretty good tires, have done some fast cornering and they performed really well, minimal tyre squeel but i guess the rears being 10 inches wide also helps
  3. I didnt take many side pics as the angle wasnt great but here is one i did take. If you want me take some of the wheels for you just say, ill never get tired of showing my car off
  4. Could be worst, you could of already place the order with someone and have to wait 8 months like i did
  5. Theres actually 3 missing, 2 bolts and a nut lol. The strut brace has been on and off so many times that the bolts have shredded the threads. Am getting some replacemnets off Lee anyway so all will be good Yes they are 20's but its standard road height. I know there are two different offsets you can go for on the back, one that is proper road setup and ine that fills the arch better. I dont know the exact figures but i went for the filling the arch one
  6. +1 on the Panasonic, they have excellent warranty service too. My mate had one for 6 months and it developed something wrong with the screen. He bought from John Lewis who put him in touch with Panasonic techinical department who arranged a new unit to be delivered to his house before 10.30 next day and they installed it and took his old unit away. Wish Nissan had that sort of service!!!
  7. Its so nice watching it all come together in the end. Look forward to seeing it.
  8. and good luck with your search for a car
  9. Just a heads up you will struggle to get a Veilside kit as Veilside have stopped the production of this kit now and neither Veilside US or Japan are carrying stock. You may be able to get a copies made but from the fitting i saw on a pair of reproduced side skirts i would just spend you money on something else. Good luck with your project and to the forums.
  10. Had some time today so i thought id spend some quality time cleaning the car. After sitting around in the bodyshop it had so much dirt under the bonnet so i thought od start there. Here are some before and after pics: Before, stripped the covers off and sprayed with Gunk decreaser After a good scrub with Paintbrush, toothbrush and nail brush this is what it looks like Will need another going over but got most of the main dirt off. Still need to get my other plenum sorted and fitted and a few other bits to finish it off, but everything in due course. I also decided to wash and polish it for the first time since it came out the bodyshop, came out quite nice. Used some Meguiars Gold Class but thinking about buying something a bit better. im happy with the results tho.
  11. Happy Birthday Nixy, three cheers and all that, we will save you from the bumps!
  12. I knew the calculator bird would go. Tbh tho the boys should of just stuck to cleaning shoes, they made £60 in an hour with very minimal outlay. I might go to my local train station with a shoe shine kit and a chair at the weekend
  13. Whos gonna go? id fire the lot of them personally, especially the calculator bird lmao
  14. Just thought i would double check what i posted so i dont look like a ass lmao It seems you need to rebuild the database index as well Chris once you have changed the threshold then it should be all good. reference: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 85&start=0
  15. I had this before on a different site and i think we got around it by changing the common word threshold in the forum setup. Think we may have set it to zero but it was a while ago. hope this helps Chris
  16. If that price includes the BT adapter and the iPod cable then its a good price. As for the unit ive never heard of that model but from the pictures ive seen it looks like the DNX-5220 which i used to own. the 5220 as i said above was a very nice headunit and you probably wont go wrong with the price you have been quoted.
  17. This must be the new 'in' mod as im in need of some also. Im wondering if they are strong enough to hold my boot up with the huge spoiler attached
  18. Looks very nice so far, well done Chris and the other guys Will have a better look later as im in a German hotel at the moment and off to Holland shortly.
  19. I will be up for this, not sure what day(s) tho.
  20. I have the same kit and the airbox has to be one of the worst designed and engineered thing ive ever seen, it even made my wings look a good fit Did yours actually fit where it was supposed too? i ended up taking an angle grinder to mine to get a better fit. Tou could try some of those sticky pads they use on the bottom of sofas to stop em scratching the floor. This would probably pad it out a bit and soften the rattling noise.
