Thtas the sort of thing i did in the Zed. I cant get anywhere near the figures some people talk about, I was averaging 34-26 MPG enjoying driving the zed and then being as careful as possible I only managed average of 28.

Brute force is your friend Martin. Get something in under a corner and lever off. Plastic panel clips at the bottom and metal ones at the top by The window. Not uncommon for clips to break either. If you need a hand let me know.

You can remove the wiper arm easily and simply cover up with a grommet, not a big job at all. The jet is a pain if you want to remove all the pipe as it goes behind the head lining, down the drivers side pillar and through the firewall to the washer bottle. You will have to bung up the washer bottle anyway so the easiest way would be to remove the nozzle from the rear screen and bung it up there and cover the hole with another grommet.
