  1. After chatting with a few natural bodybuilders, ive decided to just have a really clean balanced diet. The only supplements i'm going to take is protein shakes (whey first thing in the morning, straight after workout and milk protein before bed, all with low carbs) and after i cut my body fat down, i'm going to start taking creatine. Reason why i'm waiting to start the creatine is because i want to know that any weight i put on is due to muscle growth and water from the creatine and not fat! I'm currently 14st 8lbs. Once i cut to around 13st 9lbs i'll start the creatine and if i go back up so be it. The problem ive got is i'm trying to gain loads of lean muscle but i have to stay in a certain weight range to be able to cut to just under 85kg for fights. Which will be hard considering i'm 6ft.
  2. Thats excellent mate. I could only imagine how much a genuine nismo one would cost, if it was available! I'd happily pay £100 inc p+p if i had a zed.
  3. Also ordered glucosomine, works well after my knee op. anyone tried tribulus?
  4. TBH, ive always trained in TKD since i was a kid and BJJ for last 3 years. I only started lifting after an ACL reconstruction on my right knee. Anyway i'm really into my weight training now. I eat a really clean diet and the only supplements i take is protein powder to top up my Macro's and after ive lost my bodyfat i'll start taking Creatine monohydrate or ethyl ester again. I've just ordered Reflex instant whey as its low in carbs and is a blend of concentrate and isolate. I also ordered a bag of optimum health ultimate whey protein as its also a blend but a bit higher on the carbs, but not that much. I'll try both and see how i feel. http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/sports-supplements-whey-protein-reflex-nutrition-instant-whey-2-28kg http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/sports-supplements-whey-protein-optimum-health-ultimate-whey-protein-2-25kg
  5. Yip, syntha 6 is pretty calorific dense!
  6. Yeah i was using their iso 7 for a while, but as i was taking 3 shakes a day i was consuming 15g of creatine monohydrate everyday. So i stopped using it after 6 weeks. Great quality though!
  7. Thanks mate, appreciate it! I only supplement my protein intake first thing in the morning, after my workout and last thing at night. Ive been using either whey concentrate or isolate in morning and after gym and a slow release at night. But i'm thinking about taking only a whey isolate or only a blend of fast, medium and slow all day.
  8. Ive read the reviews and mp seem's to be really consistent with there quality!
  9. I contacted discount supplements today regarding a product and they highly recommend gold standard!
  10. Any lifters use my protein and if so whats there products like. I'm looking at their impact whey and a few other bits and bobs.
  11. Really low mileage 370z http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/370z/nissan-370z-3-7-v6-gt-manual--sat-nav--only-19-000-miles/1303823
  12. They would have to cover both cars for theft. Also the public would soon cotton on and everyone would insure 2 cars in there name, even though one would be a partners or parent etc!
  13. It's actually a good question mate and one that i'm sure alot of folk have asked themselves. Knowing what i know now i wouldnt have bought my old 54 plate 276 gt, i would have paid the extra for a 313. But now i have sold it, i would really need to think hard if i wanted to pay £11k for a top 313 or £15k for a half decent 370z. I think i would probably buy the 313 and run it tor a few years and then replace it with a 370z when they hit around £11k. In my position i could happily pay £11k for a car with the running costs of a 350z or 370z but i wouldnt pay £15k because of the running costs if that makes sense?
  14. I just switched from virgin to sky, but kept my BB with virgin. I got sky entertainment extra + with sports and movie's all in hd and access to all the on demand and boxsets etc and multiroom upstairs for £37 per month. I could have got the BB for free but it crap in my area. Ive got home phone and 60 MB BB with virgin for £20 per month. Only good thing with sky is that all the equipment belongs to me after 12 months where virgin are coming to pick up there 3 tivo boxes next week. Virgin couldnt touch the sky offer as they cant reduce sky sports and movies like sky can. Also virgins on demand movies is crap compared to virgins, just watched skyfall tonight free!

  18. A bit off topic, but in 2008 i bought a vauxhall astra 1.9 sri (150 bhp). During the winter months on a short journey to work, i used to get no more than 29mpg and in the warmer months around 31mpg. Then i bought a vauxhall astra vxr, i averaged 28 mpg in winter and 32 in summer doing the same short journeys. Taking into account that diesel fuel was more expensive i reckon the petrol vxr was more economical than the sri diesel!
  19. Talk to a unbiased friend, maybe even a councillor. Ive been through some @*!# in my life also mate, none of it my fault. Find something your passionate about, physical training usually help. Give youself a few life goals and go for it! Sometimes you have to put yourself first, to help others.
  20. Awesome car, i thought about one until i drove the Z4 M! I also like the 335i

    350z Wanted!

Yeah thought about that. But the budget i've stated is for a petfect example. I found nealy what i was looking for on pistonheads for £9k but mileage was 88k, so too high for my liking!
  23. This works both ways mate! I advertised my Zed on here in Jan 2012. I didn't even get one inquiry, so i ended up offering it to forum members for exactly what i was getting as a trade in, still no one interested. A few weeks later a forum member bought it from the dealer i traded it into and paid £3k more or it!
