I have a horsham spacer kit, silly me i havent checked to see if there are strut bar bolts, doh! going to look now!

my engineer was looking at my plenum spacer and isnt sure it will fit as the anti roll bar has a tiny space between it and the plenum chamber. The bar has two slight kinks, they look equal and i thought it was part of the design, does this sound right?

If you don't get essential nutrients soon after a workout, i read you can loose a massive amount of all that effort you put into the work-out as your muscles have atrophied, they need repairing asap or you'll just gain nothing. I like the Weider protein bars, the Banana one is tasty!

they found eggs is the best single protein hit after working out, something to do with the combination of the fat and protein that gives the best repair for muscle.

Well they greased the pads to the max, the screech wouldnt go, he even tried some fancy machining of the pads as he does motorsport, didnt work, now have Brembo pads fitted, there's still a very slight screech on slowing whilst turning. The click fix didnt totally work, i'd say its 50% better, only clicks on acceleration now, so probably have a dodgy CV joint too, he's going to re-grease it for me next visit, see if that works for now.
