I got my planning permission I can (at last) get things going again. The garage has sat like this for the last 8 weeks or so - But we can actually carry on and finish it now so I can get my other Zed related projects moving. Thanks for all the support from the forum, with a very big thank you to Ebized who gave us some very handy advice for the actual application. May even knock of at lunch now and go and buy some wood

We put a spacer on Buster's Zed last week - no re-map - runs fine (he says it runs better)

+1 It just starts with the SC then you'll want more power so suspension, brakes and cooling will need upgrades. As long as you know what your letting youself in for makes for a great Zed IMO Vortech FTW Its not noisy it just whistles a lot
