  1. Well I'm a not sure - leaning towards a no from the close up shot (sorry) I've seen your Zed up close and personal and I have said before it is a lovely looking car, very clean lines (the colour really helps this look) But I like the rear spoilers on the Zed, however if you add a spoiler it would be a completely different look for your car so do you want a more aggressive look? or stay with the current clean lines? If your not going for the spoiler I'd stay without the badges - but that's me
  2. I just asked him about replacement pads - you really don't want to know what the reply was but I still have no clue so will probably not be buying them
  3. Where is Buster???? - I'm sure he knows someone Dave, drop him a PM. There is/was a company on the Holten Heath industrial estate - no idea if they are any good or even still there lol When are you doing your lights ?????
  4. Thanks mate Not living in the woods (yet ) Mines a 2003 (Cheaper road tax) - I have to say I was surprised at a few bits underneath but it wasn't an MOT failure or in desperate need. I'm just changing so many parts this winter that I thought I'd go the extra and do it all now The alloy bits aren't going to rust I just thought they would look ..... errrrr different if I sprayed them bright yellow I will add that having still not bolted one thing back on the car I think my target dates may have been optimistic, we shall see.
  5. I'm looking at the Akebono kit for the front of mine at the moment, could be a good option. Let me know how yours goes
  6. This has been on my desk for years Could it be my inspiration?
  7. I hope everyone's having a great weekend, It seems I have developed a small following of my thread so I'm back updating almost daily again. I think this is getting to be more a blog than a build thread??? Anyway bit more of the same and something different More bits ready for colour More parts up for primer Now there has been some speculation on what the final colour of the car will be and my green theme is being received well it seems. Let's not forget the red though, remember this? and we have these Well now I would like to throw this into the mix and see what you make of it what other colour can you paint a banana arm anyway???? along with a few more parts that got top coat today That may get a few comments That's all folks ..................................... P.S Buster I know you weren't allowed out to play today but it's OK I'm still saving the gearbox cleanup for you mate
