Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas everyone OK I have been making progress in the house sorting out the dressing room for my long suffering wife - I had to build the wardrobes - they said self assembly on the box - but alas no I still had to do it! Now you may say that's not progress get on with the thread etc. But just remember behind every successful garage build is a long suffering wife/husband/partner best to keep em happy But we were back at it today and we actually put a new piece on We got this out and started to remove the bushes - The gentle approach wasn't working so we went back to basics After much swearing and battering of Bob's fingers a good sand out and a clean some grease and - My new white line bushes are fitted We also pulled the dust sheets of the Zed today Bob recons its like Aladdin's cave. That's all folk's ...........................

Even though I spend hours with "her" as the good lady now refers to my Zed and the ongoing rebuild project. However it appears that her sense of humour and support of the ZedShed has not diminished. So for Christmas she arranged these .... Complete with name tags and a pair for "Guests" (as modelled by my youngest daughter) so when glrnet or NeilP visit again they can't use the "I forgot my overalls" line A big thanks to Buster who gave me the new mugs for Christmas Now he just needs to bring the coffee, sugar and milk I also got a new romper suit with logo Fire proof as I built the car - what's she trying to say???!!!!???!!

I think this is down to the dual circuit brakes the important thing is NSR before OSF AND OSR before NSF I've done 2 complete brake changes the last for Waltzinblack his was disks pads and lines we used NSR-OSF-OSR-NSF Worked fine but took 2 bottles to be 100% air free.

Could you be a bit more descriptive? Is it 1 clunk as in press brake pedal "clunk" car slows or a repeating noise as in press brake pedal "clunk" "clunk" "clunk" with the "clunk's" slowing as the car does? does the noise come from front or back? a single clunk is most likley something loose probably in the suspension. One last thing do you get the same noise when braking in reverse?
