  2. A very quick update - Collected the "Bitch" today She sounds a lot better now she has an ECU she can run on! Dan said the bottom was "well prepped" his mechanic said "it's Balamory under that car, I've never seen so many colours" So just the issue with the engine burning oil and the clutch going stiff??? to sort and she is ready for a proper tune (again!) NOS is plumbed in tracking is done, water meth injector is mounted. 2 things arrived today - A full gasket set and a present from glrnet Many thanks mate, made me and the wife Will soon have that mounted either in the Zedshed or just in the drive That's all folks ................................
  3. Looks good I'm impressed the bumper still fits! Keep us updated
  4. Evening all Did some more on this one tonight need to get it out of the garage by Easter!! Usual niggles soon sorted Front coming together The wife got her hands dirty Getting there Autobots!! Let's roll.....................
  5. You should be taking notes Yer lucky they were green already otherwisw ...................... It's not what you know it's who you know, and what deals you can make Off to AME again now ..........................
  6. Are those arms and legs real NISOMO as well ??? that suit is worth a fortune if they are. This one will give you the ability to fly (just not for long) - if tested from a plane you should achieve terminal velocity approx 125mph for a short time before coming to an abrupt stop/end
  7. Read this quick before the mods censor it Got this today - it is like the "plain brown wrapper" trick to disguise this hard core porn Cosworth 11:1 forged pistons Also have a set of ACL race bearings on the way from Germany as no one in UK had a full set!!! That's all folks ...................................
  8. I just went round Bob's house with a pipe and a large can - he dosent drive it much anyway Thanks mate
  9. no warranty implied or inferred unless installed in Zero G by qualified umpa lumpas - in which case you get an 8ms RTB warranty - for a credit note! Ian it will fit your van twice and give at least 159 torques
  10. You just want to buy it but don't want anyone on here to know it's you PM me I can keep a secret
  11. Moved!!!! What's going on!!! How dare you I have a rare item here that someone will defo want!!!!!! @ G - Yes but they are more expensive in BLUE @ Sam - Not like this its about 5 foot long so when installed it acts as an FMIC as well as blocking the entire radiator and any chance of air getting to the intake!! Come on bid it up guys @ the mods / admin - thanks for having a sense of humor even if it is just a sense
  12. Many Happy returns Sorry I missed this yesterday
  13. Well sort of sure it's a NISOMO a bloke in the pub said so! Would have to be 60p plus postage as the royail mail charge that for 1 stamp
  14. It is with much regret I have to let this performance MOD go and it's only because I have to rebuild my SC engine I am even considering it! I have recently removed this genuine NISOMO cold air induction scoop from the wife's Zed. The previous owner tells me it is genuine and he was seeing gains of around 60WHP with it!!!! I can't verify this as he was making so much power he blew the engine up - but that must mean it's a great mod right? Please be warned that although this is the best bang for buck mod you could possibly add other supporting mods may be required to stop this huge power increase doing this to your pistons!! I'm looking for £60 delivered - for 60 Horses what a bargain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   :bleh: :bleh: :bleh:

    New engine

That sucks Where are you based? There is another thread at the moment about engines due to a blown bottom end. Cheapest option is a direct replacement and R35LEE see if they have one. a few adds on eBay etc offering a replacement service at around £2k including labour - don't know about quality of work. If your going to change engines to something non standard £££££££££££££££££££'s will be needed!!!!
  16. Hi Sam, You know where I am at on this but as you said good to get it in one place My Oil cooler is mounted next to the FMIC I get 80% in full air flow due to bumper design Static test shows Inlet Return I have only run one road test since fitting and no track days yet! The oil was cooler by the gauge but the gauge sensor was mounted in the top of the sump (I also have an APS sump) The general opinion is that the sensor needs to be in the oil flow to get a true reading and I have since added a sandwich plate to accomplish this. I'll update again when/if I everr get her running again
  17. What you doing with the old engine I have one with a blown top end, put em together we have a whole engine
  18. Me and Bob had our usual Tuesday night session in the shed. Firstly new toys Put that together and made a bubble bath Thought I should test it as well Seems to do the job - Shiny So we bolted that on and I did a bit more of the top end before calling at night Autobots!! Let's roll.....................
