Do you think I could strip the kit and retro fit it to my zed?

I use a chisel and a hammer if you can get to a corner of the nut. Try a 6 sided socket of the correct size before you use a smaller socket multi point sockets especially cheap ones can round alloy nuts.

I seem to get a lot of those type of comments but I'm happy to discuss my "problems" Your only as mental as the Zed you feel I've has it then !!!!

As above Darren - New Cosworth Pistons are here and I already have a new block that has been honed - Also got new CP bearing set to fit

Dunno the dolphins were happy though She was down on compression on piston 4 only - Havent checked the valve seals yet Pistons and block are being replaced

Gearbox off engine on the engine stand remove bits engine gets smaller Cam covers off timing chain cover removed Experts in for the next bit Bore wear Bottom end strip Heads off the bores The pistons Engine now very small That's all folks ..........................

Meh its all nuts and bolts She pulled 400 At the hubs first run thats without the cams mapped, the water meth turned on and without the 75 shot of NOS - she should make 450 at the hubs without the NOS - But she started smoking down on compression on one piston and bore scope showed some scoring of the piston - looks like numbe 6 is the worst - havent found any sand in her but have found some metal!!!!! Can't see where it came from yet - Hmmmmmm Just stopped for grub - I'll get the crank out tonight - the pistons look OK Back out in a mo

Poor, poor excuse I did my install outside in winter under a gazebo The original ( ) Z shed And he onle wore a mankini when he did it!!!!! Looking good Darren I went a different way with the FMIC mounts - I had tags welded to the pipes - love your mounts great solution. I have the APS extended sump in ally works well (still needed an oil cooler for track) Never hit it and the Z speed under tray (a great mod IMO) still fits fine. Where did you get that nice length of black pipe and the mini catch can? I'm trying to find a small one that will fit on top of the rad like Jez (Horsham) uses. Keep up the good work - Are you going to the PS meet?

Engine out If you watched ZedShed TV you could have seen it live Bob thinks we are getting faster I think it was 2 hours last night and 2 hours tonight not bad That's all folks ............................

Its a Y Cam Black - http://www.y-cam.com/y-cam-black-sd/ It is hard wired to my router and port forwarded on port 99 default is 80. I did have it wireless but the signal is week in the ZedShed so we switched to hard wired as I put a network connection in when I built the ZedShed Not sure how many were watching but my internet went slow (don't worry I have 2 connections) Seems OK though.

Depends what you use the car for? Some complain it's a little noisy with a single - should rev quicker but if it's all cruising and your DD you may want the smoothness a DM offers? Any other supporting mods to take advantage of a lighter fly?
