Hi all just to let you all know that Bob (Buster) has not been making his usual appearances at the ZedShed and is less active on the forum at the moment due to what I believe is an abdominal abscess!! He's been of work for a while and was back at the Hospital today but they are mucking him about and he will have to go back again for the scan they keep promising him I offered to go round and keep him company and take all my photo albums but he said no! He must be ill!!!! If you need anything at all mate just ask! Hang in there and feel better soon Best Regards

I now have a nice set of RE30 19x11's for the back of my Zed The problem is getting a set of matching fronts I have 3 options 1. I can get a set of 18x8.5 ET 52 and put a 30mm spacer on available now Will that look strange with an 18" front and a 19" rear?? 2. A set of 19x10 ET 25 Available now Are they gonna be to wide for the front ???? Current "poke" on the ROTA's is 88mm and thats close to flush 10" would be 102mm Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm 3. A set of 19x9 ET 25 perfect match 3 month wait - special order Shall I wait 3 months?? Not that the cars ready

Well they were cheap ... what do you expect?

You may or may not know that I am in fact the Muppet that bought Ian's 19x11 RE30's and even after a test fit that proved that they would not fit on the front I bought them anyway The rears fit and look great I am now trying to source some 19x9's for the front so if anyone wants to join me in a deal for a full set of RE30's let me know The rear Got some more bits in for paint today and had to redo the top part of the passenger side wing (still not perfected my paint technique yet) and after primer That's all folks ..........................

Sounds like a new clutch is needed along with some new gearbox oil and moly IMHO that should sort the noise and the hard gear change. for the parts and find a local garage to fit em It may be gearbox aswell but they usually seem to last OK.

If you have a flaring tool you may get away with just a new nut. However I would think the pipe is probably bad at the end - you should be able to get a new short piece made up with the correct end nut - you still need the tool to add a connector in slightly higher up. Otherwise it's a new complete pipe and that would be fun to take out with the engine in - I had fun with the engine out
