Set off early to AME and after a not very enjoyable 3 hours on the road (traffic was bad during rush hour) I got there at 10AM.
After Dan had sorted some other clients (I kept busy drinking his coffee ) we rolled her into the Dyno room
Firstly we put some oil and water/antifreeze in her and spun her over with no plugs check oil pressure - all good (flat battery not withstanding)
Then new spark plugs bolted the coil packs in and attempt number 1 at a start up

So after a little tweaking and sorting within 10 minutes we had this (vid below) ....
No smoke
So Dyno run in next Tuesday, an oil change then mapping and a couple of little jobs and (hopefully) I'll get her back at long, long last!
