  1. Not yet mate, I have pics and the diagram you sent but it's been spot on the this way (so far) and I have 2 new belts this size so I'll stick with it until it snaps again or needs changing or I get bored
  2. Keyser

    New Flywheel

Rubbish - I still look at the photos of mine and even share them with the forum to let them know what a lovely clutch I have hiding inside Let us know how it performs and sounds
  3. Ok, who are you and where is the real Papa ?????????????????? He and I our at our Sunday best. We are model forumers ! But it's Saturday Should I still be worried about you as well
  4. Sounds great - nearly as loud as mine but without the rattle
  5. Well spotted mr eagle eye After the belt snapped and we swapped to the smaller pulley we were getting "belt lash" or "belt bounce" so we took the pulley off and it worked much better, smoother and the only slip is on the alternator so I'm running without the pulley on (for now). Of course it never ends - my Zeditis is incurable
  6. Ok, who are you and where is the real Papa ??????????????????
  7. Have I ever said anything nice abaout you ? If so I take it back .......... Very jealous mate Have a great time enjoy. Do spare a thought for us watching the F1 on our B&W TV sat on an old milk crate.
  8. I get more worried about you every time you post
  9. O I'm just getting warmed up mate - got a few ideas to get you back on side - and I bet you don't have an open invite to drop in on them anytime your passing Must put that electric SC I bought back up for sale now though, thought it would reduce my spool time and get me to the big 500 but they seem to think its a waste of time
  10. Suppose they could justify it really then
  11. I like the XC90 but I'm not saying that out loud
  12. You can have the geo redone after the spacers are fitted and Nissan have other things in mind - like all round comfort V performance alongside EU guide lines on how close the wheel can be to the arch and not produce spray etc etc Not saying you can just slam a Zed to the deck throw spacers on and expect it to be perfect (thats why after market cambers sets are easy to find) but if you do it right you can change the setup to be more in line with what your doing with the Zed - you don't want to drive mine round town anymore thats for sure But I love the way mine corners at silly speeds for a car of it's weight
  13. Mine do it and not just in the Zed - I always assumed it would be something to do with saftey - so if your free wheeling or being towed the brake lights would still work - but I don't know if thats why they do it
  14. Sorry can't see it Adding 20mm spacers to the front may make a small difference but not that much without another factor. Must be geo - get an alignment check - easy to say not so cheap though I run the 18" rotas with ET15 front and ET10 rear - alignment was done on that setup, grips very well handles well - My road wheels are ET52 with 30mm spacers front - hardly notice a difference except the tryes are not as good.
  15. You know me folks can't leave it alone so I pulled the top bits out added this put it back together and now I have a GREEN air line to the Haltech ECU MAP That's all folks ............................
  16. Pop the Saab into the ZedShed when she isn't looking I'll fit them then (you) take it back - just imagine the look of joy on her face when she can see what we have done
  17. Never really worried or thought about it to be honest never been the academic type and the only letters I'm likely to ever see after my name would probably be HMP That of course was until they did that bloody test the nation thing and the wife said "let's try it" now I, like most men when there is a competition I HAVE to win (I don't but you know what I mean) so when it came time to add up the scores it was a bit worrying - what do you know we both scored the same Got different bits right/wrong as well but the same overall score. I'm a little more practical than she, but dam if she isn't quick on numbers can't keep up in that department - but she still can't get her head round an ET of 25 with a 15mm spacer .......
  18. Sweet Keep the pics coming
  19. It's OK Vik - they were only fitted for practicality "- LSD scissor door kit (easier in/out in small parking spaces)" or not
