  3. Yer it's all fun and games changing shocks until you put the top ring on 90 degrees out, take it off and move it 90 degrees in the wrong direction and have to do it a third lime . Moral of this story - mark it first then you get it right first time on the second shock Great to see you mate was a good day
  4. Well I enjoyed it mate, good read and great to watch the engineering skills, We did a shake down run in the Radical at the weekend and now have to change half the modifications due to unforeseen side effects I will be follow whatever comes next as well

  9. Annnnnd he washed it Great to see ya yesterday - good day all in all fixed my throttle problem fitted your Zorst sorted Dan's windscreen washer and got told how to fix a Zed by a WOMAN who has no interest in cars Like I say good day
  10. I did mine, just bought a length of silicon pipe and cut new bits as needed, The number of ply makes it stronger - plenty of high rated sellers on eBay for stuff like that - IIRC you need one size change hose again available off the shelf. By Pass valve (this is my understanding so verify for yourself) refers to the valve on a Turbo that decides how much of the zorst gas goes into the turbo anything above a certain pressure "bypasses" the turbo and straight into the zorst (or atmosphere) via said valve, also called an actuator, The BOV or blow off valve is on the inlet side on FI engines, it's job is to get rid of all that extra pressure when you don't need it so WOT to off throttle it "dumps" to atmosphere it also controls the maximum pressure on the inlet side. I use Tial on my turbo setup on the track toy, yes expensive but they are good quality (all the quality ones are expensive) you can use any valve you like the important things are fitment and spring pressure it needs to release at the correct pressure so you don't over/under boost - if you change the valve you should really get the mapping checked. Can't help with what the standard one specification or spring pressure - sorry. Yes taking the filter off the valve does make them a bit louder Make you own hoses they do a push fit system now https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AN-10-AN10-STRAIGHT-Push-On-Fuel-Hose-Fitting/172957761216?hash=item284515fec0:g:nZgAAMXQs6FRQNzN I stopped using braided but you can make your own braided pipes up as well - its a fiddle with braided without the tool kit but can be done do a quick youtube search loads of demo vids You can buy all the parts individually or they do kits - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MOCAL-GRH-10-AN-10-JIC-S-STEEL-BRAIDED-OIL-COOLER-HOSE-WITH-AEROQUIP-FITTINGS/401382638914?hash=item5d74450542:m:m0QEUDSzPjv_26pKyBXLc2g Hope that helps
  11. Should have got it on a 4 wheel laser alignment system rather than take them off, never had a problem with handling after spacers if the alignment was spot on Look forwards to the pics

  20. A lot!!! On a long run it was tiring, if you have ever been in a fully prepared rally car it's very like that just lots of noise, can't say it rattled but all noises like potholes and catseyes are louder. Get on track and you can forgive it all though cause damn that thing went like a scolded cat @AndyJames is worth speaking to we both suffered from noise he seems to live with his so be worth asking how far he has gone stiffening things up, I know he didn't have quite as much bracing as I did.
