    Opinions Please

Buster asked me to post this up -as he is here and can't be bothered to drive home and do it himself After selling his 18" Ruff Racing Wheels he has his 19" wheels back on but is thinking of colour change to magnesium blue - Which would look something like (not my best Photoshop work!) He wants the opinion of the informed masses but they won't tell him so we are asking you lot instead

Glad you found it - thought they were new plugs though.
  4. Coming on great - Go custom colours then it's unique to you
  5. Doing great work, fuel return pipe has gone in very neatly. I had a washer spare it went in the blanking plug on the other side of the fuel reg pumped fuel all over the place when I first primed the system

If its fuel you'll get bore wash but you will smell it if its fuel. A bit of water and steam is ok on startup but should clear when she is warmed up.

Got mine from ZmanAlex he has pre owned and new sorted me out and prolly a lot cheaper than a dealer.
  8. That is a torque solutions rear gearbox mount, designed to transfer all engine vibration directly into the cabin I know I have one. It also reduces tramp and gives a better drive line.
  9. Ha Ha the ZedShed strikes again, He took his Zed and nice Stillen Splitter to a the "pros" only to be told these "cheap replica" splitters won't fit - We had other ideas so in rolled his very tasty black Zed All nice and standard looking Now I'm not saying it was a perfect fit or it was a throw it on job BUT with a little gentle pressure we soon had the Stillen offered up and screwed in place. Without cutting, grinding or reshaping either the spliter or the bumper. We added a couple of extra self tappers for good measure and sorted out the 4 missing bolts in the bottom of his arch liners, these had unfortunately been ripped out at some point in the past but we soon had a good solid mounting sorted out for those as well So after much coffee and a doughnut induced sugar rush we have - It looks awesome just right and finishes the front off a treat Buster also performed a rear wiper delete although I did have to assist by making him look an ar$e when he couldn't remove the wiper arm and I strolled up and lifted it clear - apparently he loosened it - Yeah Right!!! Great to see you today Steve always welcome here, glad you liked "The Bitch" she's a bit of an animal
  10. Been looking into it, should be a fairly easy upgrade as long as you don't want the heaters and of course there would be no airbag control wire, some leather seats don't have airbags though.

Not really mate when its jacked up - Just in front of the clutch slave cylinder (on a DE anyway) where the gearbox meets the engine in the bell housing - 1 10mm bolt holds it in and a small clip on wire connected at the back. It's a little fiddly to reach as it's above the cross frame but can be done without removing anything else as I recall.

shrewsbury ,midlands area. Bit far from me then Doubt it's a coil pack with multi cylinder mis-fire Maf would throw a code so I'm going with CPS at the moment. Good luck with finding the fault.
  14. Looking good Do you wanna swing by on Sunday? I have some paperwork arrive for you this morning

Hmmm - could be a Cam position sensor or more likely the crank position sensor - they will bugger up your timing - a damaged flywheel "key" ring will do the same as will putting the flywheel on 180 degrees out of phase - which apparently you can do with a lightweight flywheel!
  16. 42 being of intrest - I must have missed a few "intresting" ones Nice one mate

Poor earth on the primary ignition circuit - black lead on top left hand side of cam chain cover (as you look at the engine bay - try that
  18. Just get a Vortech SC All I hear is that O and a light weight fly wheel and multi plate clutch gives a nice rattle at idle as well
