  1. Tried it on mine but decided not to go with it in the end
  2. Having just re-read this thread with my double entendre head on - I would think your car will get "pulled" over lots if you put pornographic images all over it
  3. Hes not in frame as he was still 150 miles to the right when the picture was taken!!!
  4. I can understand that Not so sure I'd put them on the side of a car - but I will happily look at yours when it's done
  5. It's looking great mate Don't ask me what colour to pic I ended up with bright green Zed and an illuminous orange Mini
  6. The Team that made it all happen - From Left to Right Octet - The man with a dream, a Zed, a Vortech Supercharger kit. As well as a lot of faith in a bunch of people he has never met Wil370 - Tool organisation and recovery department and high level lighting specialist. glrnet - Head Chef, an army marches on its stomach Junior Keyser - Chief cake maker and all round assistant! Buster - Zed Shed Co founder, all round mechanic. and ICE specialist. Mrs Keyser - Zed Shed Co founder, the Brains behind the operation and getting scarily good on a DE Engine!!! Keyser - Zed Shed Co founder and fabrications department, passing the blame specialist! Baby Keyser - Liquid refreshments specialist Mrs Buster - Entertainments specialist (anyone with a hangover on Sunday it was her fault!) DarrenB - Top notch all round engineer and subtle humour specialist. GT4 Zed - The man with the plan who put this mad weekend together, late arrival specialist! Seriously - Cracking weekend we had a great laugh and we achieved a full SC install along with several supporting mods, I cannot take credit for the Job it was a HUGE team effort - Darren worked his a$$ off the entire time and pretty much single handed installed the fuel return system, and prepped the SC. respect to you Darren the work you did and the fabrications and modifications you carried out in such a tight time scale were top notch! Mrs Keyser and Buster also put some serious spanner time in and did most of the upper engine work, injectors and various other bits around the car no way was this getting finished without you guys on the job! Everyone pitched in with the final bolt up ! Bennett (late as ever) I know has put a lot of time into sorting the parts list and helping Adrian source everything hats off to you for the hours of research and organisation mate - sorry we didn't get started on yours mate but by 5pm Sunday we were all fit to drop! Get your dates sorted and your next up for the same treatment Everyone else that dropped in Mr G, Wil, Mrs Buster, Matt, Lisa etc etc thanks for the help, support, food cooking, banter etc that made this a cracking weekend!!!! Hope to see you all again soon!
  7. Funny you should say that as both myself and DarrenB know the air filter goes on first but we were informed that a different air filter and the extension to run it under the front bumper were on it's way. Of course this arrived late it was expected at 11AM 12 at the latest so at just after 4pm when it showed up the following conversation ensued !!!!! Keyser "That won't fit" GT4 Zed - "O yes it will" Keyser - "No it won't, Darren what do you think" DarrenB - "What's that, what car is that from"? GT4 Zed - "it's for a 350z to extend the air filter inlet" DarrenB - "That won't fit" We tried it and ................................... It doesn't fit I see nobody posted quotes of the day yet, so - Best lines heard so far and immediately taken out of context - DarrenB "Come on Adrian you've got to keep tugging my hose" Buster to Mrs Keyser - "Well you know how much trouble I had cracking that one off" Most repeated thing in the Zed Shed so far - GT4 Zed "No, no, no, It's not my fault because (insert any excuse here) so it must be their fault"! Start was set for 9:30AM today - it is Sunday and some of us - OK All of us except 1 worked from 8:30AM to around 9pm. More updates as the day progresses
  8. We were trying to work out if Adrian had a new Vortech kit that needed less parts than normal or if parts were missing. Turns out all the parts were there but a certain late arrival had them with him instaead of giving them to Adrian!!!!!!!! Nothing major just the IC mounts, injectors, oil feed pipe etc etc O He also supplied 2 sizes of everything to be sure - the problem we have had most of today is the 2 sizes were 1. To Big or 2. To Small Still we are getting there, O and I must say if your ever offered a Smurf Burger try one they are awesome - Thanks Mr G I'm off to bed now - more to come tomorrow.
  9. OK he's on the road now - lets all turn the lights off and pretend to be out This weekend is going to be awesome or a mega fail - Buster is here to take the blame if it is the latter
  10. Think I got them PM on way - If I have No 1 was easy if I haven't it was really hard @ SAM Congrats on 2k posts mate
  11. "you'll have someones eye out with that" Its a piece of toast!!!!!!!!!!
  12. No plans to mod the engine at all - just going to check it over and see that it's in good working order. I'm hoping the original engine will be good - it was running fine when it came out just a little oil leak from the back somewhere and only 60K on the clock. The spare engine has an Unleaded head so that going over to make life easier - better than putting additives in all the time and of course it will all be cleaned and painted
  13. Come on Humpy we answer your questions and as far as I'm aware no one here loves you
  14. What where OMG Also Chris, I think you'll need to take that paper out of the block before you put it back together It's to increase compression Seats!!!! I'm not fitting seats as well!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Set of these then? You lot can be so cruel!!!! Where can I get a set like that please?????
  16. They can look like this fitted as well
  17. Well enough playing with wide boy kits on the Zed back to the Mini - She rolled out tonight for the first time in 6 months some pics in daylight for you Then I cleaned (assisted by Mrs Keyser) the ZedShed ready for Saturday I thought I'd quickly adjust the back suspension up a bit but first this ............ The reason being this dust cover/ grease holder had come off still didn't take long as everything is new so did that and adjusted the suspension to just lower than stock Then time to play with this The starter motor from "The Bitch" Sorry it is in fact the "other" Mini engine I have this to make 1 good one from 2 started stripping it down - well Mrs Keyser did! Bet this brings back memories to some old school DIY mechanics Got to here tonight Then Junior Keyser got to "drive" the Mini for the first time Hope to get tomorrow or at least the PM off so I can finish the engine strip before Saturdays fun on a 350z Stay tuned for the next exciting episode .............................
  18. WOW I knew you had done some bits but thats a lot of work - Looking good so far mate - Like the new bumpers as well - looks so different to when I saw you with the XKR at the grasshopper. Gonna look with the respray
  19. So that will be a like then Don't worry yourself if/when I fit them they will be substantially modified, I'm liking the back but just not "feeling" the front at the moment. Hmmmmmmmmmmm O and Mrs Keyser does not like them either
  20. O how can I refuse an opportunity to pic whore??? I can't so by request with and without pics - the fit is not very good as I don't have the matching front and rear bumpers or side skirts - but as I would be chopping them and blending them that's not an issue - it does mean that they sit a long way off the car when offered up though! So here in no particular order are some with and without pics That's all folks ........................
