  1. Oops. Yeah phone must have been the phone, or my eyes You should not be looking anyway - you have to save for that LSA
  2. The 350 is a GT car so it's supposed to be smooth - well that's my guess at why they fit a DMF - I changed to a single, made the suspension really hard, put a GTSpec kit on - it's not smooth anymore
  3. I may get one it has a lot of features for £16 8pce Awning Tie Down Kit This tie down kit has been designed to fit awnings with integral female buckles sewn into the awning. It is highly recommended that a tie down kit is used in ALL conditions. 2 Heavy duty anchors 2 Spring tensioners 2 adjustable securing straps 2 Male connecting buckles
  4. Then keep it you muppet Or get it sprayed GREEN then it would be perfect

  6. It sure was - can't wait to see Which way up he puts the SC in his motor To be fair they look like they should be on that way up but it does stop the boot shutting properly - makes it open quick though O and Sorry Bennet

  11. ^^ I went the more conventional route and bought some more mig wire ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Evening all, still welding I'm afraid but a few more pics for you Starting in the other corner of the boot outside looked like Plate on the inside Now it looks like I was having issues so I went to the old shell Stole this As I wasn't happy with how this was coming along mark up the bad bit match the new bit add tags all round so it is stronger and the weld is not just a "butt" weld weld it in much better Stay tuned for the next exciting episode ............................
  12. I did that in my old fiat when milk bottles were glass 2 in a bag behind the seat - no maggots but the smell was for weeks!!!
  13. I've read this 4 times now....and i literally have no idea what 90% of these words mean Allow me to translate Getting the new motor running and talk to the stock can bus system is easy. Mark means "For me it's easy as I've been playing with the ECU's (Engine Control Unit's) For years" Use a Syvecs S8 ECU (Syvecs = after market ECU manufacturer S8 is the model number you would probably use an S6 on a 350z but the S8 on a V8 and it has more functions) So he menas take out the Nissan ECU and put in a Syvecs ECU configure the custom can (CAN = Control Area Network) from the Syvecs to talk to the stock ambush circuit via canbus (CANBUS = A communications protocol that allows devices and computers in a modern car to communicate with each other. It allows modern vehicles to have such functions as increasing the volume of the stereo as you speed up and slowing down the windscreen wipers when the car stops.) box and your dash/heater BCM (BCM = body control module) will all work like a stock car. So he means your rev counter, AC controls, warning lights etc etc will all still work without having to change the dash out or put in after market gauges. Full traction control as well. I recon you got this bit but Mark points it out as the Syves traction control is awesome I know I've had a demo : I hope that helps

  16. Deklan got you a Zed? Looks good mate
  17. Oi Oi If you want to know what Ian's driving style is watch "Driving Miss Daisy" at half normal playback speed
  18. Sounds like DMF to me - well the judder does - I think DarrenB had a simlar issue before he changed his out. IMO its the flywheel more than the clutch as you should get slip - put her in 4th or 5th at low speed then try and accelerate quite hard if the clutch is slipping the engine will rev away but the car not accelerate. I've seen one where the springs were worn the cushion effect turns into judder, so given the symptoms I'd be tempted to go for a clutch kit you have the option of switching to a single mass if you like that sort of thing. if you he will be able to confirm / disagree with my opinion and he can supply a clutch kit if required.
  19. You going to the Vine meet this Sunday?
