Well if the NOS don't get me then the water/Meth or the 80l fuel tank will As Neil said NOS aint cheap to do it right, you can just bang a 50 or 75 shot in for giggles but you won't do the engine any favors without the extra bits. Mrs Keyser's roadster is a CAT D due to the roof being cut open so they could steal a handbag - the Nissan quote was over £9K to repair so it got written off. Cost less than £2k to source a new roof from a breaker and have it fitted, we got a cheap roadster

You need the import certificate - this will shows odo reading at time of import take that number and subtract it from the current reading divide the reading at import down to get Miles and add it to the difference when imported that gives you true miles. If WILL NOT still be in miles or at least should not be they add a circuit that converts it at time of import so the odo increase is in miles not k's They should also add an alarm so it will have a fob as well as the key to unlock and an extra button by your right knee for the fog light they have to add for EU regs.

Don't think the instructions are gonna help much

A PITA as it winds it's way through the car - however if you take off the passenger side front wheel arch liner (rear part) you will find a big valve the hard pipe from the slave cylinder runs to the bottom and is a fairly easy change. The top pipe from the valve is one piece that runs back to the master cylinder IIRC it runs along under the windscreen wipers in front of the bulkhead. Hope it helps
