  1. Off topic - But Yes Ian - them were the days
  2. Kaaz 2 way converted to 1.5 - Awesome piece of kit mate Never had any problems with it and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Only issue if you want to be fussy is it will set the traction control light off on low speed corners as it does make the wheels scrabble a bit - First thing I do when I start my car is turn TCS off so no problem

  6. Not sure about that sound but I got mine to sound like a WW2 plane Clicky ^^^
  7. Fit rear brake discs & pads Remove rear wheels remove calipers adjust handbrake down , may need a puller on the old disk Put disk new back on adjust handbrake again, replace caliper, remove old pads clean caliper put in new pads replace wheel With no problems going for it 15 Minutes each side - garage will prolly allow 1 hour Fit new brake lines Remove wheel loosen rusted up old brake lines assume nothing snaps remove the brake line holders and brake line. Install new brake lines bleed brake system - 15 - 30 mins a corner to strip/replace plus bleed - if bleed goes well 30 mins if not well lets just hope it goes well! So total 1.5 to 2.5 hours Fit new clutch line 30 mins all going well including bleed time Change brake fluid Well they will do that when they do the lines Change clutch fluid They will do that when they do the lines Tighten auxiliary belts 5 mins - its the 15 mins it takes to snap all the bolts on the undertray and the hour to repair/replace them all that hurts Garage will probably allow a bit extra for each job just to be sure Hope it helps - it's how long it would take me anyway.
  8. It's the pump under load turning when stationary is heavy load - well heavier than when moving and you can here it - and full lock is maximum load so the oil goes through the valve faster - more nosie You can change the fluid and bleed the system it may help but it's most likely a bit of wear - doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with the pump, I've heard low mileage nosier ones and high mileage ones that are still whisper quiet. Busters got noisy at one point so we changed the oil and it's been pretty good ever since
  9. What he said ^^^^^^^ However you can do all of them the ECU being the last. Why did you change the TB?

  16. Yes please grab your coat - nothing to do with the question just want you to leave The plates can be deceptive on imports - they should be right but can be a year early (I had one) I also had a problem with a 2003 import that when I went to TAX it the DVLA OnLine they had it as a 2006 (wanted more than it should be) they were using the year of import not manufacture.More confusing as it had an 03 plate on it I'm sure Clark can find out though
