Not hard to remove - needs at least to fairly strong blokes, 3 to make it easy. Remove the 2 boot lid supports from the car end - 2x 10mm bolts on each - take a note of which way up they go - people seem to put them back on upside down, it's an easy mistake. Remove the clips holding the back edge of the roof lining From the back looking in on the left side above the headlining you should be able to find 2 plugs, these will come apart if you squeeze the clip and wiggle them. Now find the 2x 12mm bolts on each hinge remove these while the second person holds the boot up and steady - easiest if one person holds it open and one person removes the bolts on each side. Now slide it backwards and up - at the same time you need to feed the wiring loom through the roof by releasing the grommet and pushing them through - jobs a good un All from memory so I may of missed something!!!! Hope it helps It's heavier than it looks !!!!!!

Great Vid Bit confused as you said "best colour" but it appears Orange and not GREEN

Keyser replied to Howlin_Mad's topic in Introductions & Welcome Messages
Hope you find the right one -
That does not sound good - camshaft a valve or a bearing
-
I'm sure if you he will have the rubbers, bolts any decent hardware shop - I think they are either an M12 or M14 but as you are replacing the nut and bolt you just want one big enough

Did you have a single mass flywheel fitted? They make more noise than OEM -

@ Gudzy - It is possible that the heat from the zorst is getting the grease hot enough to drip on the Zorst - give it a clean and see if it comes back. If you have wheel wobble then defo get it on a ramp could be bearing or a bush - if it is wallow or a slight rocking when turning in hard I would also be looking at the shocks may be warn or failed (they can also leak oil) Just a few things for you to consider, hope it helps
-
@ Toon Chris - Errr No not George @ Ebized - I was hoping to get a look before you did

Did Kung Fu when I was at college really got into it, joined the army they taught unarmed combat, then they gave me a gun. Found it was a lot less effort and very effective sort of never got back into the martial arts after that But seriously - Its a great sport and as said above a good way to keep fit
-
Both my daughters were nominated today - and both got cold and wet Bit of harmless fun and a few pennies to charity - can it really be that bad????
-
Haha there is captain slow. I didn't know he would be going fast enough to get body roll like that I have a vid of him sliding into the left-hander before the back straight he loses it as he corrects it dunno what happened after that I went round on the inside

I wash in diff oil Well I had a nice wash in gearbox oil when DarrenB came by to change his clutch - he poured it all over me I'm sure he did it on purpose as well

Have you not heard of the romanian super hampsters he is having shipped over Ahh now that I do believe - Is he having a little trip wire that fires out and makes the hampster fall when the traction control kicks in?
