  1. Haven't updated for a while so just to let you know what has been happening Got the new springs fitted We did iy at night Then we got some of theses - So we put them on today - It has completely transformed the look of the car with the new wheels as well. Got some pics in daylight so will post them in a minute.
  2. Mine only comes on for a little while then goes out ......... This is followed by the lights below going out in rapid succession - I don't think it's a fault I think it's a heavy right foot
  3. I have one in need of repair but it's big and gay PM if interested
  4. I'm about the worst person to ask for a comparison Last 350z had 450+ HP and was Awesome Replacement 370z has about 440HP so not what you would call disappointing I would say the 370 is probably a bit quicker in stock trim on a track but it does feel different to the stock 350. The drive is, as said above, not as raw in the 370 but still good and they can still scare you with how quickly they can get up a good speed and still have more in reserve, I have just fitted lowering springs and the ARB's just arrived as I think the 370 needs a little stiffening up. Defo get another test drive
  5. Do what best - Blow up on track???? You were not specific in the title Nice pics all the same

    Ohhhh Yes...

That's why I want the Huracan really
  12. You got a subframe for a LHD Nice one bro
  13. Very welcome mate - Advice is free (not always good or right but free ) Mods cost so do your homework and get the right ones for you
  14. My first bit of advice is check your insurance - only 2 companies in the UK would insure me with the NOS in the car and it has to be turned off when on public roads!!!!! Power increase - depends what you run - 50 shot gives 50HP 75 shot 75HP 150 shot 150HP etc etc Installation cost - I would say around £1000 - £1500 depending on how you want it done and what you are running. Purchase cost - Again depends what you want from £750 (second hand) to £3000 all the bells and whistles and a stand alone management computer Refill - 5lbs costs £50 (last time I filled one up) Implications to engine - yes run to much they go bang - you are increasing power so increasing wear, however if you are sensible then you can run it saftley One big problem on the 350z is you need to retard the ignition timing when you fire the NOS - the ECU cannot do this even with UPREV installed so you either add an aftermarket ECU £1000 upwards or drive around with the ignition permanently retarded so loose performance in normal driving, so you need an ECU that can change maps on the fly - if you have a later model 350 you can have multi maps so you could have 1 for normal and 1 for NOS but you have to stop to change them AFAIK. Is it worth it - I thought so when it kicks in it is AMAZEBALLS If you want to see what that looks like this is my 350z Dyno without the NOS 450+ at the wheels. This is what happens when you add a 75 shot at 3,250rpm it's not just the extra 50HP at the wheels look at the torque - That is what you feel Do keep in mind that was on my 350 with a fully built engine, after market cams, cosworth pistons and a huge list of supporting mods not to mention a Haltech ECU and Wizards of NOS controller all hooked up and tuned by Dan at AME To be honest unless your a muppet like me and just get carried away - spend your money on other Mods - Better brakes, suspension etc etc or save up and stick an SC on there more power all the time and if you do all that and you still want a bit more then look into the NOS. Just my opinion - Your Ride - Your Choice I wish you the best which ever way you go

    Ohhhh Yes...

Well I suppose I would have one if I had to
  16. Extra weight you should try the corvette standard one it's basically a 2 foot scaffold tube with a bit of leather on one end - we did try it but it was interfering with the sun glass holder
  17. O My sir you do have a big one Nice TV mate
  18. While waiting for our Zorst specialist to reappear on the scene I got bored So......... You may remember that the gearstick which is now half 350z and half Corvette has an issue - when you put it in gear you smash the ipad So I took some very technical measurements and made an intricate template cut the gearstick up and welded a collar round it cut it - beat it with a hammer and welded at the new angle Fits like a glove well it's better anyway and it seems all gears are available without beating the air con controls (I Hope) That's all for now
  19. Here you go mate complete Video guide http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/48567-my-350z-from-the-beginning-suzi-to-become-suzanne/page__st__780#entry1419524
