  2. A green bonnet will go nicely Tow-bar is being fitted this week so I'll pick the trailer up on Saturday Are you collecting anything nice on the trailer? Hang on why are you picking up my trailer anyway???????????
  3. I won't spray your OLD bonnet as long as you keep my OLD bonnet Blue - Deal???
  4. @ Octet and Darren As Papa has said it's all mine now MUHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I can do with it as I please MUHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA You will just have to wait and see what I decide - now where is that Green paint chart MUHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
  5. I am going to start the guessing . . . . . . . Is that Cow Hide?????
  6. Moving on we have the new bonnet that just happened to come up on the forum recently - wasn't planned but hey carpe diem and all that - Of course it needs modifying as I can't leave things alone, and after the test fit I decided I really didn't like the catches so.... Filled the holes with fiber glass and left to dry remove excess apply filler and sand same on the other side Carbon Fiber lovers look away now On the top fill the holes also had a small chip to repair sand down Then polish You will now have to wait until the end of next week to see how I plan to hide the non CF bits. I am working on the house this weekend so can't finish it until next week. Watch this space Keyser and The Zed Shed Crew
  7. The good old US of A via Tarmac Sportz - where did you think??????
  8. Well I think you have waited long enough The reason the front was all stripped down can now be revealed That's the first wing on - surprisingly very little fettling to get it to line up nicely (as nicely as it is going to anyway) The second wing was fine except for the front which has a small tag that goes down pat the headlight - we could not get it to line up and when we ground it down enough to fit the fiber glass was so thin it snapped so I made this - Now it fits More later
  9. Awesome vid Chirag absolute blast mate
  10. As above - although I agree on the parallel easy out, I would use it as a last resort, it is not easy to get to and you need to drill it dead square and true also if you drill all the way through you may put brass fillings into the SC - only brass so soft and should not be an issue it is still best avoided
  11. Nice work sir Sounded like you were in the pub when I called you you sure you did all that on Sunday????
  12. My daily is a Toyota Hilux Pickup - Luv it - can be a pain getting big enough parking spots though Also handy for towing (old picture but still the same truck)
  13. Or maybe just maybe we can get a nice warm sunny day and I can get the slicks on and really give it the beans
  14. It's a trade off against a bigger garage though, and I spend more time in the garage - actually if all goes to plan it's gonna be well worth it
  15. You have it covered then mate I'm going to loose my man cave soon
  16. I was going to say just reboot but it's not that sort of windows problem Have you done the reset where you press the button on the motor? Had this problem on the 370 after the battery was disconnected but the window reset did work.
  17. O don't you have separate staff accommodation behind the guest house? Bit like us though it's cramped while they redecorate the east wing but we can just about manage with the other 26 rooms for now. I wish
  18. I'd go with the torx bit or tight allen key, if you have allen keys that fit on a socket they are best as you can tap them in dead straight. when out you could cut a slot all the way across with a hacksaw to make it useable with a flat head screwdriver - or braze a brass nut on to it and use a socket after that,
  19. How do you manage with only 5 bedrooms?????
  20. Well you would have thought it would have been polished before it was delivered
  21. I have mad a start on the engine bay - only 1 thing but it's a start and fitted got some wheel bling ready as well More soon
