Yes the judges comments on the student who got drugged up, boozed up, abused her BF and assaulted him who was then labelled a vulnerable young woman under the control of a habit who was so talented she didn't deserve a criminal record. I am sure if it were roles reversed he would have been labelled an alcoholic druggie woman abuser and put away for 5 years for attempted murder. What an utter farce that case was and a disgusting piece of sexual stereotyping. How many 'talented' young men got drunk and committed a crime and put away being told 'you have ruined what could have been a brilliant career' and not given the same legal luxuries she was.

Everyone I know who ran different tyres on their car for more than a day has died in a fiery ball of flames
-
I cant imagine difference in tyre brand and tread depth would have such a drastic effect at lower speeds like you are describing if both are at normal pressures. Sounds to me like some sort of bushing/suspension issue, when on the move is moving around and causing this drag on one side?
-
Not open to a public slanging match here people, if you have problems deal with them in private please.

Seen this car so many times now and it is one of the best, stunning effort Andy

Off kilter not in the Prime universe? Like when a the beginning of the Kelvin universe the way to get into starfleet is to ride your bike up to a secret development site (guarded by a 6 foot chain fence which is about 100 feet from a space ship being built in a see through hanger) and throw the keys at a random bloke and then jump on a shuttle and you are in, hell you are even an officer. Hmmm yeah thats more than a little off kilter that is downright stupid, as stupid as calling a woman Michael possibly
-
I was more referring to looks, rites, locations etc its always changed to suit the story - as have the looks even in the Star Trek movies of late the non human species look different to the originals. Michael, why is that ridiculous? Sexist marxist that you are! Of course new threads appear that were never mentioned before, because otherwise you are constrained to a pretty narrow and dull universe otherwise. So Star Trek Into Darkness, Kirk breaks every rule, then something happens, gets ship given back in the blink of an eye. Air traffic control clearly on their lunch break when stolen aircraft flies completely unchallenged at the full leadership of earth in their head quarters having a meeting, Kirk stands in front of exploding window hit by shrapnel bullets and all sorts and is the only survivor, oh whole building full of people explodes, 42 dead? Dodgy torpedoes loaded onto star ship, no one seems to give a hoot, Scotty is the only one rightly pointing out that they should be erm checked over, and has to quit for this crazy idea...so on and so forth, and you are pointing out the problem with a captain using a con on his ship

Funeral rites, bah its been changed a million times to suit a storyline what Klingons do, same for Vulcans and so on and so forth none of the timeline from the original is really that well defined. Klingons look different because well they are not working with lumps of plasticine stuck to peoples heads anymore - it was only 40 years ago in the 1970s every human had mullets down to their hips now shaved all over is pretty much the norm. As for the captain taking on Michael, we have yet to see how that pans out, whats his motives are, maybe it makes complete sense if he is looking for a numpty to lay something on if things go wrong etc. I mean who would believe a con over a captain. You cannot cite that as a problem when we do not know the full storyline yet...

New Star Trek is brilliant, its gone VERY dark and not used to seeing so much blood and gore! Growing up in the 90s I religiously watched Next Generation and a couple of months ago started watching all 150 episodes again on Netflix, they nailed the cast in that and love it. Never really got into DS9 or Voyager (her voice set my OCD off all the time!).

Case closed, well done chaps! -
...and possibly Alex will be along also!

Welcome along, plenty of traders on here who will be able to help you out Tarmac, Clark, Torqen, Cougar Store, Horsham Dev and so on will be able to sort you out. You have an import which is called the Fairlady in Japan, GT and non-GT are the two specs that were available on the UK market. In Japan there were more versions but all called Fairlady (except Nismos etc). You will likely have non-brembo brakes so will need the import pads etc as you mentioned. Anything that fits an 03 onwards will fit yours, but as above speak to the experts in the trader section on here.

Not sure if it helps, but on my old Zed it developed a scraping noise as the wheels turned and just needed the back plate bending back as it got pulled forwards when the discs were changed. But do check again what you have been sent! Who did you buy them from?
-
You will only get swirl damage if there is crap under the cover, the type of cover is kind of irrelevant. Ricey on here showed a Porsche which had been sat under a cover which was blowing about and had some dirt particles under it and it was swirled like nothing you have ever seen. It does happen, plenty of evidence under the right conditions it will, if you keep it secured, and keep the car spotless underneath you will generally avoid it and be unlucky if it does happen.

Have to say completely oblivious to the Golf R capabilities until now, a quick YT search shows guys doing 0-60 in 3.6 to 3.7 seconds with a stage 2 map which is just mental. I suspect in gear around a track the GTR would whooop it but wow if you want a practical car which when needed can absolutely belt down the road, what a great bit of kit.

Been covered a fair few times on here, in summary: 1. Stormforce are the premium priced ones 2. Halfords ones are made of the same stuff and do pretty much the same thing (4 layer breathable) 3. You will get scratches and swirls if your car is not immaculately clean underneath 4. Even then if a stone or small item gets under it and bounces around between the car and cover in bad weather it will scratch Personally I used one for 6 months on my VX220 and it was fine - just bear in mind the above.

It kind of reminds me of the RX7/8 how values went down because of that fear of engine rebuild costs (whether you agree or not you cant deny its a big factor).
-
I agree the power delivery it was famous for is now achieved relatively easily on other platforms for less money and less maintenance.

Sat nav in most cases though is switch on, glance at it during journey/listen to instructions, switch off when finished journey. If you look at most instruction manuals its clear in them that you should not attempt to input destinations into sat navs whilst moving in any case. My issue is putting everything on the screen, its a disaster waiting to happen. I want to adjust something I can reach for where the control is, tactile control, and complete without ever taking my eyes off the road. With Teslas big call outs on how safe the car structure is (and are most manufacturers), they seem quite happy to sling a huge amount of distraction from the actual important stuff like watching where you are going.

Glad I am not the only one that feels this way! And this is no dig at EVs, many cars of all propulsion types seem to think its ok to have a dynamic dashboard which you need to stare at and try to jab little buttons whilst the car is moving around and you cannot keep your hand steady. Its utter madness that this seems like a safe idea, I have a touchscreen double din headunit which is bad enough, let alone all my controls being shunted onto it.

If it's colour you are after get a colour stain? Would certainly be longer lasting and less harmful (as per illogikals post above).
