  1. Fair play the chap had a go - he could have booked a flight but remember commercial aircraft have curved plastic windows to fool you into thinking the earth is round so not to be trusted
  2. Would it be beneficial for one of the old Soviet countries to do it? I think the Ukraine might like to see the West unite against Russia would it not? Sure the nerve agent would have been produced in Russia, but could have been sat anywhere for years and changed hands on a black market which is highly prevalent in Russia. This is why the phrase 'highly likely' is always in any comms rather than 'they did it'.
  3. Trump just needed an attractive and flirtatious former associate to seduce and subversively deliver the nerve gas to the chap in question...
  4. ...and the Russian guy that pretty much invented the suspected nerve agent defected to the US and lives there. Pretty sure as part of the deal he would have had to divulge how its made, all the secrets of delivering it etc. The plot thickens...
  5. Heres a conspiracy theory for you. Trump did it. How better to deflect an FBI investigation into collusion with Russia than to show your solidarity with an ally against Russia
  6. That an old soviet era building, poor equipment and substandard regulations are in place in a more remote part of Russia and that anything from an electrical fault to a cigarette could have ignited a fire that torched the building? Like how Grenfell grabbed me actually.
  7. Do you infer that our government do care? We armed what was to become IS ourselves because at the time it served our interests to bring down a government we didn't like, it has come back and bitten us right on the backside but the government swept that under the carpet. We went into Iraq with our pals from the US but then once we smashed and removed their governing body did little to put anything else in place allowing warlords to enter into a battle of power where tens of thousands of civilians have been displaced or killed. The US have been running invasion training sessions a hundred miles from the coast of North Korea for decades and we wonder why they have continued to pursue nuclear weapons. There are no goodies and baddies here, we are as guilty as Russia of committing gross acts of human demise either directly or indirectly, we are all baddies in most modern conflicts unfortunately.
  8. It was inevitable there would be an accident - the location of wheels and engine was a design fault. There was one at Brooklands a year or so ago, you could go for a look around it, was very cool getting on board and taking a seat!
  9. Ha! Seen that sketch it is brilliant. Very clever.
  10. You know we fly our planes and sail our ships off their coastline in international airspace/waters too right?
  11. Yeah but surely we are the goodies and they are the baddies right? I mean, they subversively took Crimea by force, when have we ever invaded a country without warrant
  12. I think both parties have had their say - I am locking this up now and if the OP has further complaint to take it direct to Adrian.
  13. There was some CCTV footage of two people they wanted to find but that suddenly went quiet? But I find it odd that its 99% Russia but we refuse to do anything apart from expel some diplomats?
  14. It's less about publicly showing the evidence and more about sharing it with the accused though. If someone said you did something the first thing you would ask for is evidence of it. Until the Russians see it they can play the card they are which is that it's unfounded and anti-russia.
  15. It all seems a bit odd. The press were pretty much saying it was Russia before any tests were done. Boris has been an utter muppet as usual and I am not sure why the UK are not co-operating with Russia and not disclosing any evidence to them. If its that cut and dried why not share any findings? No doubt Putin is a brutal leader but it all seems a bit odd.
  16. Right OP. If you have a problem with Torqen then I suggest you take it up with them directly - I have left this post here for now as it is viable feedback as much as the appreciation thread is, but do not continue spamming other threads with your copy/pasted complaint.
  17. Does the fix include a full respray? That's how I interpreted the original comment up top? As in fix the panel and fix the bad respray. But in any case £8k based on what we know on this thread is outrageous, you may as well sell the car and buy another one.
  18. Can water stay in a glass even when you turn it upside down? It can when you hold it and spin it fast enough. Can water stay in a glass upside down with just a piece of card under it and no one holding the card, again it can. Amazing what natural forces can do to water when you think about it
  19. It seems you are asking us to answer a lot of questions to justify a belief in round earth so I guess its only fair we throw a few back? Feels like we are getting hung up on YT videos of ships. 1. How do you account for gravity and what evidence do you have on how it works? 2. How do we see lunar eclipses where the earth is between the moon and the sun if they both orbit in a circular motion above the earth? 3. There are 2500 satellites in space put there by a multitude of nations over a number of decades involving tens of thousands of people, are they all 'in on it'? 4. You can buy decent enough telescopes yourself and observe the moon and with some expensive equipment other planets which you can observe rotating, why would it be that our planet is completely different to everything else observed?
  20. They will never tilt as the angle of the curve is so slight given the scale to see a ship tilt at a fraction of a degree with the naked eye is well, just not viable. If you are viewing the ship sailing away from a height of say 6 feet you wont see it go 'over' a curve more sail away and gradually go below the horizon. You say like its proven ships can be zoomed back in as if its a given but I have seen stuff online like you have that disproves it as often as its been 'proven' so that is far from conclusive. Height vs distance makes a massive difference to what you can see, pretty much all videos I looked at which showed high buildings in the distance across water expanse shows part of the building missing and no level of zooming could 'bring it back' as it simply is out of view. The images you see of starman are impressive at the level you see them at i.e. on the screen. The imagery you see on the composite images from Nasa as they are then stitched and then reduced in size for your screen will look on par, the key bit is if you got the nasa original imagery and zoomed in vs starman the clarity of detail would be better. Of course in space there is no air, and as such there is no atmosphere to filter the light passing through it - so you get very clear images in any case. Flat earthers would say that the clarity of image proves it is fake, when in fact by design taking a photo in space with modern equipment makes it easier to get a clear photo.

Yes will do, nothing amiss since and it literally started going up and I pulled over immediately before the needle got to the top. I always carry spare coolant (Toyota Long life), oil etc. in the car so she got a top up straight away.
  22. Yes going up and seeing the world from that angle would be amazing, clearly would end up being for the privileged few though in our lifetimes. I wonder at what point satellites become to the sea what plastic is to the ocean
