  2. and congratulations on buying the fastest colour as well as getting the Zed
  3. I think in a few weeks...but then again could be 2014. I am hanging in there waiting as my next work phone upgrade will be one so get it for free hurrah!
  4. Loads of these sorts of movies on You Tube, all the way back to iPhone original.
  5. I always thought it would be great to have some sort of electrical alarm protection system...so if something metallic touched the car it emitted a huge voltage onto the body panels and up the key/arm of any offending ****. OK I admit I nicked the idea off my dad, who with his Koi fish collection got fed up of cats hooking hundreds of pounds worth of fish out his pond, so he put down chicken wire around the pond edge and hooked it into the household mains supply...I must say to this day never seen a cat jump that high...
  6. Paid ours up one go too...otherwise would have been nearly £900!
  7. Cheers mate, actually I am heading over to see Will on Monday night to let him take my Zed out for a spin, see if it is just me being cranky or whether there is something odd going on. We shall soon see!
  8. There was a thread a month ago on this, I think people got excited about them but then a few people in the know knocked them quite badly...
  9. Wandsworth One Way System, lunchtime today, Blade 04 car I think? I was wandering along in the sunshine contemplating just sitting in the pub for the afternoon rather than going back to the office!
  10. Dude! I lived in Tokyo...was in Yotsuya near the Imperial Palace But yeah a different world Tokyo, you certainly couldnt get away with what the theiving mindless yobs get away with here.
  11. Alex doesnt have a mobile number, he has a bat-hotline and a spotlight that needs to be shone onto the clouds which makes out a Z in a circle
  12. Can't help with the scratch repair but can help if you ever catch who did it 'effin morons, makes my blood boil
  13. Insurance up for renewal, since we insured it last (cost was just under £700) I added Volks Wheels and a Stillen Intake. Also, and a big also, Becks managed to get caught checking texts whilst in gridlock on the Wandsworth one way system - so got a CU80 and 3 points. Also with all this talk of insurance going up wasn't looking forward to sorting it all out. Anyway, requoted £670 the points added £170 but they halved it when I protested as Becks has used them for a few years now (so without points our premium would have been around £590!) Checked the paperwork and they hadn't carried over the wheels modification, also I told them of my recent intake install - extra cost of wheels and intake = zero I tried Admiral and they couldnt beat it (pobably because of the discount). Good outcome from whatI was expecting to be a bit of a 'process'...
  14. Looks more like a sort of pumpkin orange than the standard orange colour maybe its the light?
  15. Hopefully will have a new front bumper soon which will add to evilness...which is the look I want!
  16. It could be that the previous owner simply wanted that plate on there for whatever reason? But yeah seems a little odd still...but hell if you are not going to have it reposessed and it makes you smile, then enjoy! Just keep all your paperwork in good order so if it comes sale time again you can demonstrate it is a straight car!
  17. It can happen, my Zed was garaged under wraps for a year just after it was born. Hence no service stamps for that period but nothing sinister going on either.
  18. Whilst moving house I used dongles, tried 3 and Vodafone, 3 was pretty awesome actually it ran at very high speeds for a dongle. Vodafone got less reception and was slower - obviously depends where you are but found 3 worked better for me in both Putney and Windsor.

    VQ35HR Engine

He ha asked about a HR motor in the 1st post on this thread, So I thought it ws to fit a HR in a DE car , looking at his Avatar looks like his is a DE car. Nah he posted on another thread about it and it's an hr car he has. It's drinking oil and smoking badly Alcoholics Annonymous and a pack of Nicotine patches then? Actually mine has started to take a little more oil than usual...nothing serious but certainly needing a bit more topping up than 8k miles ago and mine currently stands at 50k on the clock.
  20. Do post when you do, my fuel gauge is rubbish, just moves randomly up and down as I drive along occasionally giving me heart attacks by suddenly dropping to empty and putting the warning light on about 50 miles after putting 30 quids worth of petrol in. Probably need to change the fuel sender unit I think?
